DO NOT GO HERE. I've lived in multiple states across the country and eaten at many restaurants in my day, this one is hands down... the worst even by subway/fast food standards. Sandwich had to be remade and was COLD and I mean fridge cold both times with itbeing a chicken bacon ranch. I took it easy on the kid and just said I hope his nights get getter but he had a god awfulattitude. Just hateful and resentful. Place was dirty and they know. Ordered a meatball subway, they were out of the Ingredients. I still haven?t gotten my money back. I have been by twice now and... they tell me the manager hasn?t been back by. That?s she has 3 stores to run and is short on help. Nobody can refund me myonline charges and nobody can give me a sandwhich that is owed to me. Terrible management, nothing but young teens that workthere that don?t have a clue about anything. UPDATE: 11/09/2021: I still have never even received a follow up or reply andobviously never got my sub that I paid for. So, I start clear of this place and advise you to do the same (unless you want togive them $10 for nothing) because they obviously do NOT care about the customers or doing the right thing. Read more
The sandwich artist are very rude and lack basic customer service skills. We have been going to this location over the last year... and it seems to get worse every time. When asking for your sandwich to be made they disregard your request and toast it anyway. Where I come from, you walk into subway and are greeted with a welcome to Subway! Here you are not spoke to at all unless youdon?t have a mask on and they yell... sir you need to have a mask on! I truly felt sorry for the old man that walked in todayafter us and was yelled at by the female sandwich artist. Read more
Every single time we go to this Subway something is always wrong, we use the app to order because with small kids it is just... easier. Today I paid for extra cheese and bacon on my sub and received neither! Also, ordered a tuna and there was hardly any onthere and by hardly any I mean it was spread so thin you could see the bread through it! Normally we get decent service. Not today. My biggest complaint is the bread is so hard. We didn't get our sandwiches heated or... toasted and the bread on the bottom of the sub is hard as a rock. I would think the guy who made our sandwiches would've noticedif he hadn't been so concerned with Hannah coming in to work. Very disappointed with the lack of concern for customersatisfaction. This crew needs some guidance and management to step in. Read more
They make you sandwich right in front of you, fill it and don't scimp on any food, it's fresh and has a variety of choices.... Definitely five stars. Read more
