Absolutely delicious food!! And the service was wonderful as well! Larry was so helpful and friendly! My brisket sandwich was... amazing and the potato salad side was at the same time, complimentary to my sandwich and equally delightful on its own! We triedthe ribs as well. And WOAH! The meat fell off the bone and erupted flavor! Would definitely recommend Billy Slims! Read more

Great experience at Billy Sims today! Was looking for somewhere my mother could eat in town. She has to eat gluten-free she has... celiacs disease. We walked in, the manager was very educated and informed us how Billy Sims has taken all of the hidden glutenout of their recipes the only things you have to worry about are the obvious like bread etc.? She was absolutely delighted andour meal was delicious. Great conversation too. Highly recommend! Read more

The food is undeniably good, but the pricing is deceiving. There is a $2.99 upcharge for brisket and a baked potato counts as 2... sides, plus an upcharge of $1. A 3 meat combo plate with brisket and baked potato costs over $26. My issue is not the prices,but that they are hidden in small print. All prices and upcharges should be listed and clearly visible on the menu board. Ishould have an accurate idea how much things actually BEFORE I get to the cash register. Read more

Visited today with a friend for the first time. I previously read the reviews and was expecting something totally different than... what I received. I ordered a brisket sandwich and it was almost minced not shredded. The flavor was bland. The bread it came onwas as small as a McDonalds child?s burger. Their ?side? is served in a small white styrofoam cup. It was a little food for alot of money. The ?loaded? potato salad had zero flavor and the potato pieces were hard as a rock. The sauces on the table werein plastic squirt bottles were all runny. Three different sauces all ran like water. Gross! See photos.
