Really crowded and cashier was not able to explain what is on the #1 burger. Then when another employee said Braum's sauce, he... couldn't tell me what Braum's sauce is and had to ask another employee. He obviously had not been trained appropriately. Disgusting and not a clean table in the place. French fries and napkins on the floor. See photos. Windows with ice cream... handprints and divider disgusting. Ketchup on cabinet by floor. Walls dirty. Girl didn't know how to make cone and did notlisten to order. I called and talked with manager. Who apologized and said she would get some on the concerns. Don't care togo back at this point. It's 6 days later. I bought something on the clean side of the store on the market side. Only a peek onthe side where dining is show that there was absolutely no change at all the ketchup was still there the divider that separatesthose benches was still clearly covered with ice cream smeared hands and a dead fly was on the divider there was no change tothe windows they were still smeared. I consider Braum's a wholesome place. The dairy products and may others produce ... are all made here in Okla Where they observe... strict sanitary and safety policy. I like the fact that the products are not shipped from state to state to get to theirlocation. And that fellow Oklahomans are hired to work the Braum's farm. I love absolutely love all these things about Braum'sand also their restaurant. It seems so much safer purchasing Braum's. I will always be a customer. Read more
