First team here was the best team. Since then it's been seriously lacking. At least 4 times, I've ordered breakfast just to be... told there were no biscuits made. I ordered 45 minutes before breakfast was over. And you don't have biscuits? Seems like that'sa pretty big component of the meals you make FOR BREAKFAST. Service is slow as Christmas, food is okay enough, but with Carl'sJr less than 2 minutes away, go ahead and skip this location. Won't be long before this one is closed. Horrible. Burger King should be embarrassed to have a restaurant run like this one. They ignore cars in the drive through (if... you aren't going to answer, at least put up a sign saying the drive through is closed). Service inside is painfully slow and thefood, when you finally get it, is sub par even by Burger King's standards. I can't imagine this location will be open muchlonger. Read more
Ordered Bacon cheeseburger and ended up having pulling around to wait and no one was in the drive thru. Last time I went inside... waited 40 minutes for my order. And got back to work and it was two small dry cheeseburgers. Read more
This location has got to be one of the worst locations I've ever been to. They are extremely slow and still being so slow their... accuracy is not great. We've gone multiple times and we've had everything from just ignoring special requests on the orders fortoppings to even getting someone else's order completely. Every single time we go there is no line, but somehow we still sit atthe order screen for quite some time and then once we get up to the window we are normally pulled forward with a car that hasbeen sitting there for quite some time as well, past the window, so that our food can be brought out to us at a later time. I'mnot sure what the issue is here, but it's ridiculous, and just not worth the time or money. I have trouble understanding howthey are even in business. Read more
8/17/22 went today, food was warm. Never saw them drop any fries while I was there. I can't stand cold food. Very disappointing.... I'll try to remember that the next time I have a craving. Went out of my way to go there. Was not worth it. ? Read more
I?ve only been here twice. The first time I sat in the drive thru at the ordering station for several minutes and never got a... reply. I finally had to drive up to the window and just made my order there. I gave it another shot today and again, it tookseveral minutes but someone finally responded. Like last time they asked me to pull forward along with about three other carswhile we waited for our order. I?m not sure if they are just short staffed or this is just their level of service. I won?t becoming back. They got my entire order wrong. I paid for a medium and asked for cheese and no pickles. I received a burger withpickles and without cheese. Would give it 0 stars but then it wouldn?t let me make a review. We have been here twice and the first time food was all wrong... and took forever with no other customers there. Tried again today since it was pretty new then so went inside and stood therefor over 10 min without even getting greeted.
