Everyone who works at this store is happy and friendly every single time. There is always going to be a mistake or two when you... go there twice a day at the least but they are always happy to make it right and that's has been my experience until last night.I am guessing that Melvin must be a manager of some kind. He is rude disrespectful and arrogant. I don't like whip cream. Whenthey accidentally put it on my drink he first tried to just scrape it off because he thought I wasn't looking. Then I'm sure itwas no accident he made a new one that was nearly undrinkable and maybe sure the espresso shot was all I got when I took adrink. When I went in to confront him about it he said that is the way it's supposed to be. I drink two of those a day I knowwhat it's supposed to be like. I won't let the one bad apple spoil the praise for everyone else in that store but he isdefinitely not management material. I rarely write a bad review. I'd rather not say anything than to speak badly about a person.But this Melvin fellow is an exceptionally bad manager.still hands down my favorite McDonald's! Read more

Are you kidding me? Over 20 minutes waiting for 4 people to try and fix the orange juice! While waiting you never got it fixed... or apologize for the wait which made my $40 worth of food get cold. No apology or anything! Sad all away around! Read more
I come here often and I experience some of the best customer service I?ve experienced from a McDonald?s. There was one incident... where the manager was rude and condescending, but overall I love the staff. The lady in the drive thru (Catrina, I believe) isthe best and one time I looked down at my bag and saw this. Definitely made my day brighter. Read more
Our orders are usually good, but that's not the best part of this McDonald's, it's the drive thru lady that makes our entire... car smile every morning that we swing in for a bite to eat. She's always happy, inviting and just full of southernhospitality. She needs a raise! She's fast, friendly and efficient. Wish I knew her name to have her recognized for her hardwork. Read more
