If your location doesn't open until 8, it would be a good idea to make sure your app knows that. We ordered through the app and... then had to wait 20 minutes at the restaurant because they were not open and had not turned the grill on yet. Read more

Very disappointed in this Sonic tonight. 1. The person thanking the order was very hard to hear. Eventhough I kept saying,... excuse me? Not once did she speak up. 2. I ordered french fries with the #11. We received TT. I also ordered an extra gravy. Wedidn't get it. 3. The medium onion rings were saturated with brown oil. So saturated that they were not round. So much so thatit was pooled in the bottom of the bag. I will share a picture. 4. The Jr burger that I ordered had to me modified becauseapparently you can not just order a Jr. Burger any longer. I asked for mustard. I expected it to be on the inside if the bun.And they charge you for a Jr Deluxe. I will share a picture. 5. When I brought the missing and wrong item to the attention ofthe employee. It took 10 minutes to get 1 order of french fries and 1 gravy. 6. Came in town to pick up my daughter from college and will say service and food was very well. Great staff. See ya next year
