Worst subway experience ever. Another customer walked out with the sandwiches I had ordered, the clerk chased the customer down... outside the store and then returned with the sandwiches and out them in a bag for me. Whole event took over 5 min and was out ofmy sight line. I think she should of reduced the sandwiches as the sub was cold by delivery. Very displeased. Read more
Burnt sandwich with large burn hole. Don?t accept online coupons only paper. Wasn?t fresh. Worst subway we?ve ever been to.
The people are typically nice at this location and the food is normally fresh. One issue I have as of late is the employees... getting onto or "calling out" other employees. This is not professional and you will not bring customers back, most importantlyif you are in a leadership role you shouldn't embarrass your staff. It makes you look bad--not them. Then the other issue I havehad is the onions... they don't seem to be fresh lately, they taste old... I'm not going to give a 1 star because they areconsistently 4 star material, but others may not think so. Read more
I had horrible experiences at most subway stores. If you promote selling wrap, I think you should train your workers how to make... one. Or send them to Qdoba so they can get hands on experience. Read more
Always stop here on our I35 travels to get gas (Loves) and a foot long sub! Excellent service from Subway and had a great... special on our sandwiches. Good change from fast food and more healthy! Read more
The guy they have working overnights has the absolute worst attitude I've ever seen. I stop in on my way home from work and... order a footlong but with 2 different cheese's so my husband can have what he wants on his half, I have asked the guy to markwhich one has which cheese every time and he still just wraps it all up the same. He never smiles or acknowledges you and willcontinue doing his other work while I stand and wait several minutes for him to finish even though I have already asked him fora sandwich. He was sick one day and had all the tops off of the meat and vegetables but refused to make a sandwich because hewas sick. He seriously needs to be fired!!! I think his name is Alexander or something like that, he very rarely has a name tagon but I keep looking so I can call the manager and complain. If there was another subway open on my long drive home I wouldnever step foot in that subway as long as he is there. I hope someone from the subway on highway 33 and I35 would read this andknow who I am talking about. He makes every visit frustrating and very uncomfortable, I as a paying customer should never haveto wait more than a couple minutes when I am the only customer in the store. He needs to greet you as you come in and maybesmile and not look like I am totally ruining his night by making him do his job. I would never keep an employee like him around.Next time I am just going to ask his name because tonight was just ridiculous waiting for him to put away all the bacon beforehe even acknowledged I had said something to him, I mean I am standing directly in front of you!! The place looked clean and spacious. I made a request to the employee who made my sandwich to toast the sandwich before adding... the veggies so they will be fresh, but she didn?t like the idea and started talking under her breath to the other employee. Thiskind of behavior is very unacceptable when Subway is priorities are good customer service and customizable sandwiches. Read more
