Came around 10:15 pm tonight, paid cash and don?t have my receipt and what do you know 4 of my items are completely wrong and... you just didn?t even give me one of our chalupas, this is pathetic and completely unacceptable and to me it feels like I?ve justbeen robbed of my money and yet when I try to call the store, you just have it forwarded to a message that says sorry we can?tanswer the phone right now. Please contact me about making this right, until this is rectified I can?t recommend anyone go tothis Taco Bell. Read more
This is the 2nd day in a row that I?ve attempted to get breakfast here and no one will answer over the intercom. They?re... supposed to be open by 8am but no one is there. I?ve waiting over 15 minutes in line both days. Today there was a gentleman inline behind me and he even got out of his vehicle to try to find someone inside and no one was there. Absolutelyridiculous. Screen was on, equipment was turned on, lights on, there were 2 cars parked outside but no one was present. Read more
The food was fresh and the service was great. Just make sure when entering in items, if you exchange or change an item, be sure... to take off the items you don't want or exchange for a different item on the menu, not just change, then select, click on addchicken. Ex. Beef Soft taco Supreme meal, exchange for chicken soft taco supreme. Be sure to select exchange on your displayscreen. When I selected change, Lol just added chicken with the beef. It was good. But not what I intended to order. Just needto learn how their system works, to place my own orders. Nothing like self check out.... Next time will be a breeze. It doesseem to take a few more moments to place your own order, from having someone take your order. But at least overtime, we'll allbe able to self serve, and we can only be disappointed in ourselves if the order is incorrect. The food was good and service wasgreat. Read more
This place is horrible! We have gone numerous times over the years trying to give it a fair chance. Employee's are NEVER... friendly and often rude if they say anything to you at all. The food is never hot and that's if you get any meat at all in yourtaco or burrito. It is DEFINITELY NOT worth the money. I have NEVER had a good experience at this store.. Read more
Very fresh! My son said it was the best Taco Bell he had ever eaten.
We came here for dinner, it's been years since we've came to a Taco Bell so it was time I guess. The parking outside is decent... enough. We were the only customers inside. There is no greeting here, no smiling faces, no one at the register. They have nointeraction with the customer at all now. They have about 5 monitors with credit card machines beside each. This is where youorder and pay. All the employees were back in the kitchen where you could barely even see them. So if you want to talk to themyou have to go through the drive through. We couldn't tell them that we don't want guacamole or that we wanted soft shellinstead of hard. Our son said you can edit your order on the machine so we must've just missed it. The food was good, there'sjust no customer service. I chose to have my receipt printed and they didn't even give it to me, just called our name for theorder then disappeared back into the kitchen again.
