was a customer for a few months now. I only order iced coffee with cream and sugar. Every time I order, the distribution is... always different. Sometimes it?s mostly cream with no coffee and barely any sugar. Other times it?s mostly coffee w no cream orsugar. Rarely it?s ever prepared right. Boyfriend found a COCKROACH leg in his bacon egg n cheese. The Dunkin? Donuts by 80thhas a much more friendlier staff and accurate coffee distributions. Read more
Not so friendly staff, never smile back always seem like you are bothering them when you ask a question or want to double check... that they put almond milk in the drink because it taste different. Read more
Just your average Dunkies. Staff has rotated a lot since I've known this place, so can't be entirely sure what kind of... interaction you'll encounter in any given week. I don't come here to often, but it's not a bad place to pop in for a quickcoffee and bite. There was literally not a single time that this place got my order correctly. Last time, I ordered hot matcha tea,... specifically stated no sugar and received a cup full of sweet. I mentioned that and was told that matcha has already a sweetenerin it. They refused to make another drink. You would think when people ask for no sugar it would be a prudent idea to mentionthat the drink comes with sugar, well apparently not to the people that work there. Read more

The morning staff need to be trained how to talk to people in the morning because they are very rude. DO NOT spend your money at... this location because there is a cultural disconnect at this location. There is a definite difference on how they treat peopleof color. I hope the owner reads this post because I want he or she to contact me so it can be explained to them. Veryfrustrating to start your day with the treatment at this location. Read more

This location is THE WORST Dunkin' location. The manager is so rude and nasty. I told her my order 3 times and she still did not... make the drink right. Its a simple drink, she just doesn't listen or care. She then YELLS at the customers because she can'tmake any of the drinks right or listen. I have come here a couple of times and every single time it was a horrible, nastyexperience. I also saw someone comment that they treat people of color differently here and I can confirm that is 100% true. Themanager is just miserable and she is always angry and is soo disrespectful to everyone, including her own staff. Makes for anuncomfortable and unpleasant experience every time you go to get a cup of coffee and on top of that your coffee is NEVER rightand tastes SO OFF. Never had this problem at other Dunkin' Donuts locations. I truly think its the manager and how she teachesand acts towards her employees. This place is honestly a joke and does not run the same as any other Dunkin locations and thedrinks are always so wrong that you wouldn't even think you're in a regular Dunkin' Donuts .
