Horrible wait times. Spent almost 30 minutes in a non busy drive thru. The person who took our order was incredibly rude and... short with us. When I got my food (the chicken dinner) I discovered that the chicken strips turned out to be tiny chickennuggets. The meal was missing the pudding and gravey aswell. Do not recommend. Read more
Great food, great people, and definitely great ice cream! At very good prices.
This was among one of the filthiest and least organize fast food places that I been in. They had 7 employees working but many... wouldn't step up when having down time to take out the overflowing trash, clean their station or wipe tables. Avoid if you can,however it may also be about the only joint open because most places close earlier than 9pm. Read more
I have mixed feelings about this Braums. Of course they have the best milk and the best price, especially with the milk sales... they have. I love to eat breakfast here when they actually cook it right. The biscuits are delicious when baked. Unfortunatelythey don?t always bake them. They just heat them. They are soggy and a disappointment. I have mentioned it several times andthey will bake them for a while and then go back to just heating them. A lot of times the store is filthy. In the morning trashrunning over, even in the bathrooms. Too early to be full unless they weren?t emptied the night before.Trash under the workstations. They are very slow to wait on you. Walked to the ice cream line at 3:00 and nobody in front of us. Took 10 before anyone... acknowledged us. There were employees standing around doing nothing. After we finally got our order and went to sit down,almost every table was dirty. The floor was nasty. Beverage bar was horrible nasty. There were 2 managers present at the time.There seems to be no manager supervision every time we go in. There are 3 or 4 employees that do their job very well and arealways friendly. Read more
No complains about the food. The service though is horrendous. I understand being shorthanded and maybe burned out but the... employees here seem to absolutely hate their jobs. The housekeeping is apparently not existing with dirty tables and overflowingtrashcans. Overall, management should keep a better look on their employees wellbeing so they can bring their customers a goodservice. Read more
My number one stop for milkshakes. I've never had their food but my lady likes it. Buy your tubs of ice cream here also, it's... amazing. Read more
