They always close early . They never stick to their posted hours. It's really annoying.
Ice cream and frappe machine is always broken, orders are never right, takes for ever to get food do not recommend!
Usually, we get a good order from this store. We ordered on the app, and after sitting in the curbside spot for 15 minutes, I... pulled up to the window. The cashier asked me for my code, and of course the app no longer had it. He told me that he couldn'tdo anything without it. I told him, "Since the order is already paid for, I'd suggest y'all get creative." After sitting thereanother minute with dead silence from their end, I finally asked. "Can I pull up?" He said, "Go to Window 2." One of themanagement (crew-leader?) met me at the window, and I handed her my phone showing the order. She took care of it,thankfully. The fries were mixed old with new, and mostly cold. The Nuggets were reasonably warm. The frozen Coke was decent,but they could have filled it up. One of the reasons for this lower score is that their app has been messing up the past feworders. I realize that McDee's is a huge company, but with the prices they charge and the profits they show, one would thinkthey would fix stuff. Still, they're cheaper than Sonic on most stuff, which is why they didn't get a 1 this round. Read more

It?s sad when McDonald?s is the most popular restaurant here because this town refuses to invest in alternatives. Very standard... McDonald?s fare. Make sure nuggets are cooked all the way through. I got extremely sick a few months back from them. Read more
For the most part nothing is wrong, they give me exactly what is on the receipt. But see, that's the thing, quite a few times I... asked for certain things and they didn't give me. They didn't call back order either, especially when it didn't pop up onscream and just told me to pull forward. My coming thing I would ask for is a double quarter pounder meal with two happy meals.They would ring me up as a quarter pounder. Sometimes I wouldn't notice until I already pulled up and there is a huge linebehind me, so I just say forget it. But one day they messed up. They charge me for a double and gave me a single. I had to wait30 minutes to go back around. Now, I make sure the order is correct. Either their is something wrong with their hearing or theirheadset sucks. Regardless of my background, I know they can hear me because I have always been told I am a loud person. Yet,this McDonald's acts like they don't hear me during the EVENING time. Morning and lunch time, I have no complaints, it is alwaysthe evening I have an issue with. This day particular though, for an evening time was fast and efficient. Kudos to a job,finally, well done!
