Waited 32 min in line for them to pull my pizza out of the Warmer that they set in there when I pulled up. After 30 min they... rudely ask for my name. If they would have just gave me my pizza when it was first put in the warmer it would have been okay.This is an asinine location and the workers are extremely rude. What a joke place. Read more
Would not recommend this Pizza Hut. Came here a while ago driving through this region and found Pizza Hut to be lacking in the... nutrition that you would expect, including from other Pizza Huts nearby. They have a bunch of little kids that don?t know how to take a job serious. They literally had me waiting at the drive-through... for 20 minutes and watched me the entire time then the young girl came with a smirk on her face and told me that it would be alot longer because the cook forgot to put part of my order in. This is not the first time I have had this type of problem. Maybeif they put their phones down long enough to do their job they would not have these issues. Every time we order from here it?s either the wrong food or it takes twice as long as they say it will. Horrible service !!!!
Both times that I have ordered from this pizza hut , my delivery driver has ended up at the wrong hotel for some reason. It took... over an hour to get my food which wouldn't have been the end of the world, but when I opened the bread sticks box and noticedthat the marinara was missing I was pretty bummed....you gotta have marinara with bread sticks! I called and let them know and Iwas told that she'd send marinara out to me right away. After waiting another hour and ten minutes I tossed the cold breadsticks in the trash and called back to let them know that I never did get it and that I was pretty disappointed. Have them get the order right and not take so long to get the pizza delivered, 45 to 50 is way to long for no bigger than this... town is. Service was a lot better when we had 2 stores in town. Since the best store was closed and the other one rebuiltsmaller, the service had been terrible and the food not as good as it had been. Read more
We were met quickly at the pickup window, and our order was ready when the online ordering app said it would be done. Pickup was... simple and easy, and a real lifesaver when we needed a fast, delicious meal. All the food was good and hot. Definitely remainsone of our favorite locations to order from. Unfortunately, I?m not able to give a zero cause that?s what they should get. Literally, I?ve been waiting 2 hours - no sign of... a delivery. They told us it would be 40 minutes. Had I know it was going to be two hours, I would have gone elsewhere. And whenwe called to check on the order, we were told it was on the way - that was over 30 minutes ago and the restaurant is two milesaway!!! Come on man. Read more
