So I know it?s the day before thanksgiving but for the owner to rush me to place my order and so as I say one thing her next... reply anything else over and over then I was going to pay cash and I was told we have to pay over the phone now I eat there alltime I tip over well. Same song and dance !!! Came in and was never acknowledged. Waited 15 minutes and saw other patrons come in and immediately... given a menu and they took their drink order. It was not busy at all and the wait staff was standing around the bar within 15feet of us. Took my business somewhere else. If it helps to find it, we walked in at approximately 6:00. And it is the samebecause every time we come in, there?s some issue. Wait staff, wrong food, cold food or something. We both ordered the 12oz ribeye Medium RARE. Size of the steak was as big as the plate but was cut so thin, no matter how short... of a time on the grill, it would have been over cooked. Both steaks came out well done. Very disappointed. No seasoning wasadded to the steak so it was very bland. I ordered the loaded baked potato and my partner order a baked sweet potato. My potatocame out cold. Literally cold in the center. Cheese and butter did not melt. Sour cream came pre portioned which would not be anissue however the sour cream had severely separated into a watery mess I wouldn?t feed my dog. Dinner roll was doughy, flat andundercooked as well. Not a meal I?d order again. Drinks?prices on point, if there was actual alcohol in the mixed drink. Tapbeers were $2.50/drink. Excellent. I ordered the Cherry Limeade. Asked for it in a short glass, because I can?t drink a lot andeat at the same time due to a medical condition. Drink came in a tall beer glass. Couldn?t taste any alcohol. Syrup wasoverpowering. Tasted like the drink I order at Sonic but don?t pay $6 for. Service?slloooowwww! We waited a significant amountof time for a server. Wasn?t busy at all. Ordered drinks and those came out the same time our food came to the table. Server wasnot rude or anything. Just seemed unsure, quiet and not your typical friendly bar server you hope to encounter at anestablishment such as this. Check backs didn?t happen. Never asked about the food or for refills on bar beverages. My partnerhad to go to the bar himself to get a second beer. Was going to order dessert but the server game with the check about the timeour food and drinks arrived which was a real turn off. I had my eye on the chocolate cake, but was not even given theopportunity to order it. Opportunity missed for sales, up sells and refills. The owner of this establishment would benefit fromserious retraining of staff. Menu and atmosphere has great potential to be so much more than it. Disappointed Texan Read more

Staff was friendly, food was so yummy. My son even ate it all. Great place to get together with family and friends.
