I just left this location on Liberty rd. I wish I could give a 0 because the coffee has gotten watered down & they need to stop... selling those old stale hash browns they dont even fully cook them so they are soft. NOBODY WANTS WATERED DOWN COFFEE OR SOFT &STALE HASH BROWNS. & THEY NEED A NEW CASHIER AT THE WINDOW THE YOUNG MUSLIM GIRL WITH THE HEAD WRAP HAS 0 CUSTOMER SERVICESKILLS. This location does offer in store pickup nor curbside. They pick and choose when they want to close their lobby during the day... for whatever reason. I literally seen someone walk out of there and I came like 2 mins behind her, the door locked and theytelling me get my pick up order that I place to to be picked up inside because I may want something else but no, they told mecome to the drive thru. Im standing waiting for someone to give me my coffee but you guessed it, there are cars in the drivethru. The whole situation couldv?e been avoided if they would just open their lobby. Read more
