I ordered Kung pao chicken. What I got was some battered chicken dish. I called and tried to ask if this was supposed to be... correct by their menu and start getting yelled at by a lady in what I’m assuming was English. After trying to explain my issueover a few minutes and her getting louder and not helping I let them know don’t worry about the dish I won’t be returning.Terrible experience. And subpar food. Iron Charm has my complete recommendation! Absolutely the best kung Pao chicken I've ever had. The Singapore noodles are... phenomenal. Great egg rolls and dumplings. The wonton soup was flavorful (not bland like some places). Their French fries werefantastic, crispy, well seasoned, and you could tell the cooking oil was fresh. OMG their sweet tea is delicious! I placed an online order for delivery with Iron Charm, totaling $27.35 (not including delivery fee, tax, and tip). I realized... that the paper version of the menu indicated “Order $20 FREE Spring Roll or Egg Roll.” The online ordering site did notoffer this, so I called the restaurant to inquire. The “not-so-polite” woman, that answered the phone, advised that I wasnot eligible for this free item because I ordered using the site and I paid with a credit card. The paper menu does notindicate these exceptions. The food was not bad, but there also was nothing exceptional about it—very average. Nevertheless,I do not like when businesses publish offers, and then, have these unpublished/unwritten exceptions that disqualify customers. The value of the freebie is $1.48, so it seems that this business would honor the advertised offer without regard to paymentmethod or the medium utilized to place the order. I refuse to patronize businesses that employ such unscrupulous tactics todraw patrons and employ unpublished rules to disqualify customers from benefitting from certain offers. My impact on thismerchant may result in nothing, but I wanted to share my experience because unlike their average tasting food, the failure togive me a free spring or egg roll, left a horrible taste in my mouth. ???????????? I dont know what's up with these people leaving bad reviews. The food is on point The lady was super nice, she even gave me... directions there. Large portions, lots of shrimp. If you're expecting Ruth Chris service cook at home. This is my go to placenow. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is horrible! I ordered four wings and fries. The fries looked like they... were refried and smelt like they were cooked in old grease. I called and asked if I could get some new fries because the frieswere not good. The woman started yelling and told me the fries were good and told me to bring the food back right now. When Igot back to the store she stormed out from the back room very aggressively and told me they were not making new fries for me. Iopened the box and showed her the fries. She again told me the fries are good and they are always the same. I told her she wasvery rude she continued to fuss as she walked to the back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
