Paid for a foot long Steak sandwich and what I received is a foot long loaf of bread with 1/2 of it without meat. After I asked... them to put more meat on it. Times are tough right now but cmon man. $10 lunch for $20 and you don't get what you pay for. Read more

Grumpy service. I mentioned that the ladies restroom door was broken to the girl behind the counter. She told me in a grumpy,... sour fashion to lift the door on its hinges to make it lock. No apologies. Better not be a frail female or a child using theirrestroom any time soon. Read more
Poor place was fairly overrun due to an issue on I70. They were out of a handful of major items and toaster was broken, and no... cookies. Ice machine wasn't working. Men's room door lock was broken and the restrooms were out of supplies. Sandwichs werefine for Subway standards but fairly behind on maintaining the store. No issues finding a seat. Read more
Ordered a 12 inch cold cut sub, and the salami was entirely grey. I asked about getting a new one, and was told that the meat... was fresh, and always looked like that (I have never seen the salami look grey when purchasing this sandwich at any otherlocation). I asked about a refund, and was told that was not possible. I then got a different sandwich made for me(after waitingfor the lunch rush to finish), yet they took my receipt with them, so I could not contact corporate with the specifics. My girlfriend and I have been to this location twice in the last few months. The first visit was ok but the two young men could... care less about helping us and the tables were a mess. The sandwiches were the only thing that made it worth it. As we left therestaurant I saw both guys smoking pot in a car in front of the store. The next visit which happened two days ago was an evenworse experience. No bread to speak of and it was only 6 pm. The bread they had was hard and stale. My girlfriend went ahead andordered. I didn't see the point. The place was a mess again and at 85 degrees. Nobody wants to work or dine in an 85 degreerestaurant. To top things off we got home and after one bite my girlfriend felt is was better to toss the sandwich than tochance another bite. Read more
