Birria food truck in Hacienda Heights. Came here on a Saturday around 12:30 and there was no line. We got our food pretty... quickly (around 10 min) and ate at a nearby park (there?s no seating available there). Credit cards are accepted. My dad lovedhis bone marrow taco (Huesi taco) which was a huge bone and came with pickled red onions and cilantro. I got a sample platewhich came with a soft taco (suave), hard taco (dorado), and a soft taco with cheese (quesi taco) in addition to an 8ozconsommé (broth). The quesi taco was my favorite one - the cheese goes so well with the consommé and it?s so tender andflavorful I?m getting hungry just writing about it. The tacos weren't bad however, there wasn't anything special at all about them. I got a taco dorado and one quesi taco. The... taco dorado is served plain l, just tortilla and meat and then they give you a separate bag 9f slice beet, cilantro, and onion. My preference would be that they just put it all in there when they make the taco because it's just messier when you have untiethe tight knot they made and scoop it out yourself. The red hot sauce they give you is so watered down, it looks red andpossibly spicy but it's just red water basically. The quesi taco was whatever's. Like I said, it wasn't bad but I most likelywould not come back, at least not for the tacos dorados or quesi taco. The huesi taco seems interesting, maybe I'll try thatnext time.
