False advertising then the manager stated she isn't authorized to give refunds. Ummm what? I wanted the chicken club as... advertised on their sign but it was made not how it was pictured. No more bacon, cheese or mayo instead an orange spread. Likechange the picture or put a sign not available anymore. Read more
I ordered 3 items from doordash. The salads only had chicken,no any vegetable! So sad.
Entrance is very hard to turn into since it's on high traffic street and located right before the freeway. Food was good cooked... well but the Iced Coffee for the price and size was horrible. It was supposed to be vanilla cream and it was bitter and bland.The girl served it from the same pitcher that was in the fridge possibly sitting there all day. Do not get the coffee. Drivethru area is big. Indoor is decent size and open for indoor dining. Read more
Every time I come here, I forget how absolutely horrendous the drive thru service is. Definitely would find another Jack's if... your absolutely stuck on getting jacks. I've been here 4 times in the past 5 months and it has never changed. The wait isalways ridiculously long and the people taking my order always seem like I'm they have better things to be doing, or that I'mwasting their time. Note to self: go to tacos Mexico Read more
Wednesday 8/12 about 4:30 come on!!! Bought my husband food before he left to work. He opened his food almost an hour later at... work only to find his chicken sandwich like this?! If i had the sandwich I would go back for another one!! Now he's stuck atwork with this! Very upsetting!!! The person who packed this sandwich SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. Disappointed! Sad at the fact my tacos were not made fresh or at least the cheese was melted . They were not made with love . But what really... made my night was the loaded tiny Tacos . But I didnt get the guacamole lime sauce..... again they should be a little morecareful. Hope to come back and change this review to a 5 star . If you've eaten at a Jack in the Box before, you will find what you have come to expect. I have come to expect disappointment a... few too many times to give this a high ranking. I wanted chicken strips tonight, and they did not have them. On previous visits,I have tried to order late at night, because it's one of the few 24 hour restaurants near me. Except, it's apparently not 24hours. Multiple times I have visited late at night only to be turned away. This is not really the fault of the managers andemployees here, but I really do find it frustrating how Jack in the Box promotional offers seem to come and go as they please.Finally, and this is also not the fault of the managers, but the location of the restaurant kinda sucks. It's difficult to getin and out of, and it's always got traffic congestion. All in all, sometimes you just want Jack in the Box, and this place isthe closest one. But that doesn't forgive the other issues with this place. Read more
