Dissapointing day today. I always look forward to getting "The Edge" pizza when it's availabe. It's a Crispy Thin Crust... Pizza. It has "Green" Bell Peppers, Tomatos, Onions, Sausage and Pepperoni. It usually takes between 15-20 minutes to bake. I have never been dissapointed in Pizza Hut until today. The Pizza I ordered today didn't look anything to The Edge pizza thatI usually get. It tasted okay. The crust wasn't crispy, it was more soggy. They said they will replace the one I got . Afterwaiting 12 minutes I got my second corrected pizza. Or so I thought. It looked exactly like the first pizza. The crust wasnot crispy. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. But "I" believe they gave me back the same pizza. Maybe I'm wrong. But Ididn't want to make an issue of it. I told them my beliefs. Then I took my soggy dinngy pizza home and ate the soggy crustedpizza. So dissapointing. Read more

It's not worth paying the convenience fee. The pizza is very similar to Domino's and little Caesars. The pizza is already more... expensive.
