the attention is very bad the employee yelled at my wife and treated us very badly the attitude leaves much to be desired
I order online from this store frequently, and usually have no problem, but recently the quality of customer service and product... have MASSIVELY declined. I just picked up an order not even 30 minutes ago, just to get home and find that the bread for mysandwich is VERY burnt, sloppily made, too much of toppings I asked for less of, too little of what I asked for more of, it'sjust a huge mess and no one is picking up the phone when I try to call to get the sandwich fixed. Well Giselle was the most depressed Subway worker I have ever crossed paths with. She had a terrible attitude and made my... sandwich extremely sloppy. Sub par Subway. The service was good and attentive. But they don't carry a full line of bread. Had very few ingredients. Unsure,... if they were cleaning up, but there wasn't more than half a dozen ingredients to chose from. The floor around the soda machineswas flooded. Instead of mopping it up, they put a mat over it. There was still water all over the floor with no caution signsaround it. Doesn't seem like a location I'd go back to. Definitely the worst Subway I have ever been to. I wish I could give them a zero star rating. Caught the workers trying to take... $5 from me for absolutely no reason, they said it was the ?avocado? but ended up just being an extra cost. There is often not many people here so service is really fast. The workers here are really nice and are very respectful. The... restroom is well maintained and there isn't a lot of graffiti like you usually find in public restrooms. This one is very clean.The quality of food here is on par with other subways. It is delicious and best of all, like I said already, very fast. I lovecoming here and using the subway app always gets you good deals and coupons. Subway is one of the healthiest fast foodrestaurants out there. Read more
