The dim sum deal here is kind of expensive and it costs a little more than a seafood restaurant would have and it is worth it.... This is a very authentic Chinese restaurant for the entries, meals and prices. Read more

First time I came from Florida to California to have fabulous dim sum lunch at this fine Chinese restaurant. To my surprise it... felt like home when I first entered the restaurant. The ambiance and the environment felt like Hong Kong. We ordered many tastydishes: Fried Turnip Cake, Phoenix Claw, Steamed BBQ Roast Pork Bun, Steamed Egg Custard Bun, Shark Fin Dumpling, Egg CustardTart and Mango Sago Pudding. I highly recommend all the locals and fellow Yelpersto come and visit to have a wonderful ChineseDim Lunch! Read more

Service was kinda there? Food was kinda inconsistent between "ok why am I paying this much for this" and "this is... alright". Maybe I came at a bad time, but 1230 should still be a prime lunch time. Read more

I?ve been here multiple times and every time it was amazing. It seems that during lunch hour most people get dim sum but I just... gotta say the entrees are also really good - the lobster e-mein and bbq dishes are my favorite. Read more

I went there for dinner tonight, and it was such a disappointment. The food tastes terrible, and I can cook better than... that. First of all, the duck I ordered was way too salty, and the dipping sauce is even saltier. The color of the duck lookedold, and the meat was not tender at all. The second dish was the sweet garlic ribs. When the actual ribs did not look anythinglike the picture on their menu, I thought they gave me the wrong food. I took a bite and did not thoroughly cook it. No flavor,I can still taste the starch. After I asked them to recook it, the food came half cold. Seafood fried rice also didn't look likethe picture on the menu, flavorless, same as the vegetables. Overall, the four dishes I ordered was not fresh, came out halfcold, the duck was salty, and the other three dishes had no flavor. I went there at 5 pm, till I left at 6:30, only twocustomers were there (me included). I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Read more

Okay dim sum if you don?t want to wait. Went on Sunday around 11am and got a seat right away for a table of 6. We had to wait... over 30min to get our credit card back cause they forgot about us. Would have given 3 stars if not for that. Food quality ismiddle of the road. I think their pastry dishes are probably the best so treat yourself to a nice dessert. Dishes toavoid: -XLB (pork soup dumplings) are no bueno. Comes in a mini egg tart tin, but has barely any soup and no flavour -Rice rollChinese donut (hard dry donut, really sad to look at) Read more

Unlike many of the dim sum restaurants I'm accustomed to, this one doesn't have the carts going around. The menu has everything... you want to eat and it comes with description & pictures for everything. So, like many of my lunches with my boyfriend'sfamily, his Mom always puts us in good hands by ordering nearly one of everything. The only items I was really looking forwardto eat were the steamed shrimp in rice rolls, chicken feet and Chinese broccoli. Those are typically my staples every time I eatdim sum. You just gotta have them! On the table: 2 orders of steamed shrimp in rice rolls, chicken feet, Peking duck, ducklettuce wraps, braised spare ribs, 2 orders of shumai, crispy taro dumpling, Chinese broccoli, 2 orders of hargow and 3 ordersof mango pudding. I was pleasantly surprised by how the duck was prepared. They presented all the crackling skin to be wrappedin a bao with scallions and hoisin sauce, and then the rest of the meat was made into a stir fry for lettuce wraps. A newexperience for me and it was really good. The only downfall of this restaurant was lack of service. We asked for water threetimes and tea wasn't promptly refilled either. It was really hard to flag someone down to so his mom basically yelled at them toget their attention. Food overall was average and nothing spectacular stood out besides the duck. If I had my choice, I'd rathergo to Seafood Village for dim sum. At least the wait is worth it! Read more

Out of other dim sum places I have tried in Rowland Heights, Hacienda Heights, Monterey Parks, Hollywood and Gardena, this place... is so far my most favorite. Less waiting time, attentive servers who speak fluent English, food comes out fast and just in goodquality. Though a little pricy, their menu has more interesting items than other restaurants.
