Food is good but prices have skyrocketed. The only time we purchase is with coupons like buy 1 get 1 free. Service is friendly... and they aim to please. But they need more options, healthier options for their side items. Read more
Delivery service was great. The food was fresh and taste very good. My only complaint was I did not get any gravy. I thought... gravy came with the meal. I like it for my mash potatoes and the rice. Read more

071422 was suprised, disappointed not stuffing available "not till october" I was told
DON'T RECOMMEND EATING HERE!! went in about 20 mins ago, really polite man was going to serve us some near burnt rice.. he... offered to get some fresh rice from the back... minutes later we hear him screaming at a female employee because she wasthrowing away the bad rice when he was going to just put water in it and serve it to us. He yelled at her very loudly "I'm themanager and you do what I say. You don't do what I say, we won't pay you on time!" (labor harassment much?). The young lady losther s#&+ and yelled back at him and came out and showed us the watered down burnt rice he was going to serve us and said "weserving people this food, how you gonna give them this s#&+?!".. the manager didn't come back out to finish dispatching ourorder. Another polite young gentleman that was serving apologized, and finished helping us. We asked for refund and told him wedidn't want the food anymore. Read more
GREAT Boston Market on Hackensack Ave in Hackensack NJ.! Food at this Hackensack location is my favorite?..always fresh,... perfectly prepared in my opinion. In particular, Sweet Potato & Creamed Spinach are exceptional!! Restaurant has a veryfriendly staff that seem all about satisfying the Customer. Restaurant is particularly clean. Their turkey is horrible, very foul tasting. I tried contacting their corporate office about it & never heard back. Will not... patronize a place that doesn?t respond to their customers. Do not recommend at all. Read more
