Ordered a week ago. They forget my soda. Called Dominos right after the order was delivered. Placed another order tonight and... was told that they (dominos) will not be refunding me my money for the drink dominos forgot to bring. I even called last weekand was told I WOULD be refunded on my next order. Terrible way to lose a customer. I also now remember dominos are thieves. Itis also worth noting that I was told this by a manager (Alexis) and he had NO desire to even look into it or hear me out. Read more
I ordered a small handtossed cheese pizza for pick up. When I arrived to pay for my order. I was told that they made a pepperoni... pizza. I politely said.. That isn't what I ordered. I was then told by the young lady behind the counter.... Well we didn't makeyou cheese. We made you pepperoni. So her attitude was as if I should just shut my mouth and accept what they decided to makeme. I left the pizza there. They didn't offer to correct my order at any point. So I don't recommend at all. Worst Dominos Store. Won?t pick up your calls. And won?t deliver on time. And worst quality.
Really bad experience here. My chicken pasta was very poor to say the least and customer service is bad too. I got something... different than what I ordered. They don't care about the customers. Oh well, not coming back ever. Read more
We were ready to have dinner. But the problem was we got pasta sauce, with no pasta nor sausage for our Italian Sausage... Marinara. There goes dinner lol. But seriously, today there was one person doing a lot of orders. I don?t blame the workerbecause she was overloaded with doing pizzas with a big line at the store. Awful customer service and the food is even worse. I picked up so I wouldn?t have to wait the usual 2 hour delivery and the... pizza was still cold like it wasn?t even fully cooked. Also the ?garlic parmesan? wings were just wings drizzled with the mostunappetizing sauce ever. Save yourselves, DO NOT ORDER. Go the extra 5-10 min to go to another branch or even Pizza Hut. Waited 2 hours for raw chicken. Save money and just buy a frozen pizza and wings from shoprite by the way this is suppose to be... Buffalo wings smh wings lighter than the cardboard?. been calling for a hour they just hang up. Raw chicken can make someonereally sick. They are ruining the company?s name. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. they deserve 0 stars. i have been ordering here for a while now and it?s always something with them.... first, the delivery driver has been writing tips for himself WITHOUT permission and when i told the manager they did nothingfire him or nothing.
