It's like a whole NEW ROSA again!!! Management changed and their new General Manager did wonders to this restaurant. From the... interior & exterior decor, to the menu the updates are colorful, modern and extremely noticeable making it worth dining hereagain. My favorite drink here has always been Pomegranate Margaritas. They're strong and flavorful. As far as food I'm stilltrying out their whole new menu but so far Birria Tacos are it for me. Great flavors and perfect size!!! As far as dessertgoes, not much of a dessert person didn't love their flan but the Churros made up for it. The sauces for the churros are like aparty in your mouth!! I was apprehensive about trying Mexican food again but Listen this place was amazing! The guacamole (mild) was so flavorful and... just the right amount of spice! It paired well with the bacon bits! The burger was great! The empanadas and enchiladas werereally filling as well. the mango margaritas and beers did the trick washing it all down! 2nd time visiting this place, and had quite a different experience when compared to the 1st visit, so providing reviews for both... visits. 1st Visit - 2019 (5 Stars) Simply loved the atmosphere, fresh Guacamole made at your table, timely service, strongdrinks, and the couple dishes we tried tasted really good.. 2nd Visit - Cinco de Mayo 2022 (3 Stars) Didn't feel much ofcelebratory vibe, Tableside Guacamole was not made Table side, and the girls at the Hostess Station (there were 3 girls, don'task me why) were constantly talking and taking Selfies and not really helping out with Seating.. Restaurant was undergoing somerenovations, so there was some delay in Service.. Also, looks like they are going for a more Americanized version for their lookand feel, since the Renovations and the new Menu, looked way different from the fun, colorful, Mexican Restaurant look itpreviously had.. Drinks tasted good but felt like they were watered down, especially for the price. Ordered way more dishesthan the previous visit (larger group) and most of them tasted good, but the quality and quantity was inconsistent.. The girls and I got together for Cinco de Mayo and chose this spot. When I arrived I didn't locate the restaurant right away... because there was no sign. It is located in the shopping plaza next to PF Chang. I walked in and gave the reservation name. TheDJ was bumping. I wanted to sit by the bar area but there were no available tables. We were sat and served by Elena and she wasvery nice and not frazzled by the busy restaurant. I started with the red sangria and I will say it was good but it was a bitpricey for a small cup of sangria. I then had a frozen margarita and that was a bit weak. We ordered different entrées and Igot the shrimp tempura tacos and they were quite small and not filling. One of the girls got a noodle shrimp meal that she sentback because she didn't care for it and got salmon which she liked. The chips and guacamole were good. The food also took quitea bit to come out as well. I expected a little more fun for Cinco de Mayo but it was an ok experience. Read more

Always a great experience here at Rosa Mexicano, this time my server was Elena S. Second time in this location and food is... EXQUISITE! My husband says that every bite taste just like his mother's cooking back in Mexico. (There's one thing missing inthis restaurant and it's AGUAS FRESCAS! Very tasty! The steak nachos, shrimp tempura tacos, & beef brisket enchiladas were fresh and delicious. Great atmosphere. Not... your typical Mexican a bit more upscale and a bit pricier. Perfect for a special treat! The churros are ???? Read more
