After ordering my drink my mom and I noticed that the people who ordered after us were getting their drinks first. We stood... there and waited for 10 minutes after a while when the worker finally got to my drink she started it then put it aside. Then shekept on pouring the drink out. My mom told the cashier who was helping her that the lady clearly didn?t know how to make mydrink. The lady said ? On no the only reason why you are waiting is for the decaf.? This is BN Starbucks where you cannot use Starbucks Star Reward. Barnes & Noble licenses from Starbucks the right to sell most... of Starbucks' beverages, and uses the same syrups and frappuccino mixes. B&N also sells some of Starbucks' coffees. Read more
The girl/lady at the cashier wearing glasses ALWAYS has an attitude! They really need to hire better staff.
