As we walking to the table there were 5 tables DIRTY no one cleaned them up what they did was took the dirty dishes and placed... them on another table and without wiping the table they seated other guests on the table. I did not see no one cleaning . Theservice is Bad. All the works are in the back we could have left without paying. After waiting for a while I saw someone andasked for my check. I did not see a manager on the floor. And no one ask is everything is okay..I am sorry to say i will nevergo to this place to eat. Is the kitchen as DIRTY as the front ??? Read more
Horrible experience from the moment we walked in… The woman seating us was rude and lazy! It was our daughter‘s birthday! N... we were ignored most of the time there!! Cost us $113.. to get ignored in a restaurant with a full staff… n there was only 1other couple in the whole restaurant!!! Absolutely absurd & it was 6:30 on a Sunday night. I would never go here again???? Saveur money & get a slim Jim from the gas station.. it’s cheaper .. u get better service & it will taste better then there foodguaranteed.. Read more
I always love this place but this Saturday evening I could tell that management wasn't in! The bartender was talking super loud... and the AC or fan wasn't on. It was definitely warm inside. Also we watched the bus boy clean of section (FLOOR & BOOTH) withthe exact same broom????????????????????????????????????????????? Please don't don't that at least not in front of customer. Read more
When we walked in there was no hostess or anyone to acknowledge us or give us directions on where to sit. So we sat at the bar.... The wings say 12 wings but received 11. No biggie but as the night went on I will not be going back. My order came different andwas missing items described on the menu. I told the waiter. She said what do you want to do about it. Didn’t even bother totry to fix or rectify my meal. The manager walked passed us multiple time did not acknowledge us or try to even speak to us. Hewas too busy talking to the bartender making practice drinks for the employees. It closes at 1245 we came at 1045. Does goodcustomer service stop before they close? Have two stars because the jack Daniel wings were good. You can get better food andbetter customer service for the same damn price at a better restaurant. Read more
Worst food by any franchise. You can get better mozzarella sticks at white castle. Better wings at Houlihans. How do you ruin... potatoe skins? They literally throw everything into the dirty fry oil and serve it to people. No love in making the food. It'struly sad what happened to this franchise. I’ll start with the negatives. First, another family was displeased and called the manager. I should’ve left when they... placed their concerns and expressed how displeased they were. But I stayed! My husbands and sons meal came out first while wewaited ten minutes for mine and my other children’s meal to come out. My husbands meal was incorrect. Then, after the tenminutes we waited my daughters meal was incorrect. I had to return my meal because it was getting cold. Not to mention my ribswere dry. I was going to deal with it since I already had an issue. But returned it because I t was killing me her watching useat. After 20 minutes her meal came out. I went to the bathroom, and I could smell it from the stairs. I go in, urine all overthe floors and toilet paper everywhere. I loved this places but I will not return. Not to mention the women in the bathroom werecomplaining about their meals, the bathrooms and service. Manager kindly handled the situation. I was in the mood for a beyond burger so I ordered from here. I placed my order on the website for a 11:45am pick up. When I... arrived I parked in the local parking lot. I walked in and was greeted by James and he was super nice. He asked if I was pickingup and said my name. I said yes and asked for the restroom. He walked me to it. When I came out he had my food and opened thedoor for me as I left. I thanked him and left. When I got in I ate and something new was the avocado they added. The sandwichwas tasty and filling. I love that you also get a lot of food for the price. No matter what I get, I end up liking it. The whole experience from start... to finish and really definitely not like other expensive restaurants Amazing food! great waitress is always very nice andfriendly. Read more
