Delicious, well spiced Chinese food. Online ordering is very convenient.
Have been here maybe 100 times. Very good general tsos chicken (8/10 but used to be 10/10). The general tsos used to be spicy... and a bit crunchy or crispy but thats no longer the case. Egg rolls are maybe a 6/10. I will say, this place is better than alot of other Chinese places in NJ as most places have gone down in quality over the years. Read more

Everything is good except if really busy, give me a more accurate pick up time. Do not mind waiting extra time as long is order... ready within 10 minutes of that time. Not 25 minutes or more. Read more
I've been going to China Garden for years and it's been years since I've been there again until today!!! For this area it's nice... to have somewhere you can order from years later and it still holds up. ALTHOUGH I have always gotten the same thing every time.BBQ spare ribs with Sweet and sour Chicken. (Mainly because I don't like to deep fry at my place and BBQ spare ribs always havesuch a unique taste.) The rice and sweet and sour sauce basically, EVERYTHING gives off that EXPECTED TASTE you would want to gowith. COMPARED to a 5 STAR restaurant...NO. But, it tasted as I expected it to. That's why China Garden gets a 5 STAR from me. (Well today there was more small pieces of chicken then large and the Spare ribs could have been a bit hotter with more saucebut, how Picky can one get tho!!! The chicken was right On.) The Lady was so nice through phone and in person. The packaging asyou can see was well, secured with even a cardboard slip at the BOTTOM!!! AWH!!! As for their other food that's up for you todecide. I've been customer for years ordering always similar dishes. Used to be 5 star food, till my last purchase few days ago. Is... their excellent chef not there anymore???? I live in Staten Island, NY, park my truck in GreatMeadows,NJ, some 5 miles west from Hackettstown,NJ and have second house in Arizona. Clear??? By the way, few years ago Ireported to you, one of my previous orders was terrible. Your reaction - nothing, even simple sorry. I took few months break ,then I returned to you. Now I'm gone for good.
