Anyone who's been there knows the ice cream is a amazing. This post is for one employee Cassidy. I left my wallet with money... in it there by mistake and I didn't even realize it. They close before their posted closing time every night. My wife and I went there for desert at 8:30 the doors were locked and... the posted closing time was 9:30. This happened previously as well, but it was close enough that I didn?t think much of it. Read more
The posted hours are open until 930 pm we went there at 9 and my 6 year old knocked on the door and we were ignored by two teens... working there who decided to close up a half hour early we even tried calling the place and they went by the phone and walkedaway so now we are at Dairy Queen lol Read more
I love cold stone but every time I have came into this specific location they are always out of chocolate ice-cream. It makes no... sense how every single time I go in they don?t have chocolate ice cream(I only eat this flavor). The workers there don?t evenassist or bother to tell you other options. I was furiously walking out once and I stopped to check their freezer and they hadsome chocolate pints in there luckily. Ordered 2 large ice creams. In a cup. No lids. 2servers could care less if I was there or not. Ice cream was so soft it... was milk. Asked for pretzels in mine the pretzels were stale. So basically I had stale pretzels in milk 21.11 later. Never ever again. The name does not live up to it supposed reputation. Will never go back ever. Will never ever recommendto anyone. If you want melted milk then by all means have at it. Also I've been in the restaurant business for years. Theyput my ice cream in a dirty slab. I said please clean that. It was loaded with germs. That's just gross. Everyone isconcerned about covid how bout Staphylococcus. It's very serious. No don't ever go here. It's gross dirty and germinvested. I don't recommend to anyone. Read more
this was the worst place i?ve ever been. we wanted shakes and these rude girls wearing crop tops and inappropriate clothing... didn?t want to give us milkshakes because they were dirty and literally said ?we don?t want to clean it, there?s ice cream stillin it? this was so horrible especially because it felt like we were in a strip clup. close back down.
