My friend and I went in for dinner and sat at a table and had a lovely waiter. He is the only reason this review is getting any... stars. As my friend and I went to go pay for our check we asked for it to be split half way. Mean while our check was 26.26simple math if you as me but the boss whipped out a calculator, but that?s besides the point. The man who seemed to be in chargesaid that he could do that for us. There was a young boy who was working the register who seemed to be new. The man was on apersonal phone call for a very long time as the younger boy tried to get his attention for help. The man simply ignored him andcontinued on the phone. The man typed in to the screen and my friend payed in cash. The man stayed on his phone while theyounger boy said you are good, knowing I had still not payed I stayed there with my card out waiting, the man finally got offthe phone and nastily and loudly said to my friend ?how much money did you give him? and kept repeating the question as myfriend was trying to say she had payed the amount in cash. The man then starts to get very agitated and angry and begins todiscuss with the young boy about what happened, the young boy had no idea what was going on which is to be expected bc he seemednew and the man was ZERO HELP. The man began to get very angry with us and very rude implying we were trying to walk out without paying. I asked what was the issue and he just was replying super nasty to us. The young boy seemed to get super nervous bche didn?t know why this man was getting so angry and it put us in a very uncomfortable situation. At the end of the interactionhe tried to say so everything is good and try to be nice as if he was not in the wrong which I was not having. As someone whoworks in the food industry aswell I was disgusted with how this man acted to customers aswell as his employees. Nothing we ordered was good. Overall, highly disappointing. Italian sub not on a good/traditional Italian hard roll. It was... mostly bread, lettuce and tomatoes with a little meat/cheese Cheesesteak was more green pepper and hunks of raw onion thanmeat Garlic knots were nothing more than soft bread squares with some garlic on top. Picked up a slice of pizza with tortellini on it. It was very good. Definitely zero taste of salt which is good. Most places... over do it. Hit the spot. Will go back when in the area again. Read more
Not very happy about the 4% CREDIT CARD FEE they impose if you don't pay by cash. As though the rising cost of everything else... doesn't make it hard enough to eat out! And they don't tell you upfront either, they just ask if you'll be paying by cash orcredit - BUYER BEWARE! Read more
Do NOT dine in, take out or any kind of business with this place. The food and service was fine. However.. We dined in and had... our credit card info STOLEN. 2 weeks after being there our credit card was charged once again at the same location but differentamount ????.. I got a half tray of lemon chicken and half tray of sausage and peppers and half tray of antipasta salad for my daughters 5th... birthday party for family..... NO LEFTOVERS!! I was honestly hoping for some!! Never had a bad experience and the staff isalways kind and professional! Read more
I am so disappointed. I am going from five to one star. This evening we ordered food. The franchisee was water, the chicken had... no flavor and was on the tough side. They used minced pre jar garlic and just poured it everywhere with tons of oil when u bitit it dripped down your face. Read more
I like them. Solid meals everytime. Nothing fancy just good pizza, wings, sandwiches.
