Honestly if I could give it zero stars I would. you deserve to close. Your staff is horrible. The restaurant was empty, and it... still took over five minutes for someone to sit us down. They sat Us at a booth that had cleaning supplies all over it when theywere several other booths that were open. My husband and I waited over 20 minutes to have someone come and take our order. Ourorder ended up being wrong, and we had to wait for them to make the missing items that we ordered. An elderly couple came inafter us, and was sitting at the booth behind us. The man had to complain because his soup was ice cold. I ordered acheeseburger, which should be fairly simple? There wasn?t even a full slice of cheese on my burger. It was half a slice ofcheese. Then when it came time to pay, our bill was $40. I just checked my bank statement, and Friendly?s charged us $70. Thisis a horrible place to go.I do not recommend going there. Read more
I ordered the brisket and cheese sandwich and there was barely any meat on the sandwich which was very disappointing compared... to the picture that they showed you on the menu. I addressed this with the waitress and she spoke to the cook and said thatthat?s the portion that is allotted to get out. Do you think at that point when no other customers barely in there on memorialday weekend that you were just throw a handful of meat on the dish and I?ll finish making the rest of it myself but instead Igave them back the meal and left and went to a another place to go get my lunch . The experience was very disappointing to saythe least and they could?ve helped out a customer we?re just putting a tad bit more meat on the sandwich as there shouldn?t havebeen a huge gap in it where you can see the bread in the middle. When i first walked in I was greeted by my amazing server Ronan and the employees seemed to have fun calling him names such as... Ron and big blubber and the beast of the east. they then served me some terrific food which was quite splendid and devious. Iordered a chicken sandwich with fries and asparagus but they ran out of asparagus so i was noticeably upset. Ronan then gave mesome reassuring words to help me calm down and order my noodles.
