This restaurant is wonderful, particularly the staff! They offer a good selection of food at decent prices and it was all... delicious, especially the shrimp crostini! The best part, however, was the staff. The manager gave us a complete tour of therestaurant because it was our first time there. He checked on us throughout the meal and even gave us free food to try. Severalpeople on the waitstaff helped during the meal and they were all very friendly and helpful as well. We recently visited Mama?s Cafe Baci and have mixed thoughts of this restaurant. The location is nice and we immediately really... enjoyed the outside seating. The service and staff are very good and I liked how they display the features on an iPad stylescreen and that they offer gluten free food. The rigatoni bolognese looked very good so we ordered that as well as thespaghetti with meatballs. I like how they offer a complimentary sample pasta and we also even received a gluten free sampletoo. All positive so far. The meatballs is where I can?t say I was too pleased with. The meatball texture was very soft abit mushy. The sauce was ok and the spaghetti was good. As for the rigatoni bolognese that was ok too. It tasted and had moreof an appearance of a baked ziti because it had lots of pasta and cheese with very little meat. When we received the bill therigatoni bolognese was listed as $28 but the menu said $22. After paying I questioned why was it so much and found out i wasincorrectly priced and should have been $24 ($2 more dollars than the menu price because it has bacon). Instead of a $4 refundI requested two slices to make things less complicated. Overall, I wanted this to be a good review, however, I was not fond ofthe soft meatballs, the food didn?t taste as good as it looked and the incorrect price. Read more
My fiancé and I had a great meal at Mamas Cafe Baci. We were camping in the area and wanted to go out to eat, something that... can be very difficult when you treat your pup like a family member who travels everywhere with you! We saw that they had a poochcafe (same menu and service as the rest of the restaurant, just outside in a dog friendly environment.) This was awesome and sounique. Our dog enjoyed her pup friendly meatballs and our food was delicious as well. The servers were kind, attentive and veryfriendly. When we are back in the area we will visit again! Read more
Tonight was our first time to Mama?s cafe. We were treated like family from the moment we walked in. The owner took the time to... explain the menu to us and gave us samples to try. My clients picked this spot to get lunch and I got excited when I seen the many vegan options. I called in my order with a very... nice man. I ordered pizza for my clients and vegan spaghetti and meatballs for myself. When I arrived I parked in their privateparking lot. I walked to the counter and told the nice man my name and everything was ready. I paid and left. When I was able toeat I dug in and the first thing I was disappointed about was there was only 4 small vegan meatballs. I tasted the meal and itwas just ok. The service was amazing and the food was just delicious! Although expensive, the entrees were very filling and it was difficult... to even finish a whole plate! Don?t walk but run to Mama?s! Last year, my boyfriend and I came here for our first date due to their extensive vegan options.... We loved everything about Mama?s Cafe Baci so much that we decided to come back here for our anniversary celebration. Tom is oneof the kindest persons I have ever met. The service and hospitality from the ENTIRE staff is out of this world. It honestlycompletes the whole experience and makes the food taste that much better.
