McDonald's has given up on FAST in either fast food or fast casual. I know they will blame Covid and understaffing but they need... to improve their model. Hire and pay your people more. If I could give Zero stars I would. Read more
Not good. As expected. Over $10 for a McDouble, small fries and 4 spicy nuggets. I needed something fast but it took more time... than getting a good deli sandwich that I would have enjoyed. Don't know why I do this to myself Read more
Fries are old wrong sandwich wrong dipping sauce outside of milkshake cup is covered with ice cream and I had to great myself at... the drive thru. I'd give it a zero if I could. I bet the inside of that place looks worse than the dump. Read more
This was a weird experience. We ordered egg mcmuffins after 10:30 and they told us to pull to the numbered spaces since it... wasn't breakfast time, no problem They came to the car 6 times with the wrong items, and the other 2 cars didn't Order iteither. The customer service at this McDonalds was extremely horrible. My wife and I visited this establishment on 7/4/2022 at 4:00pm.... The cashier did not want to take our order telling us to utilize the kiosk for our ordering. I know that these kiosks save timeespecially when the store is busy. there was only one other customer in the building and they were already seated and eating. Finally after taking our order reluctantly the order was wrong and it cost more money for me to correct it. While eating ourfood another customer came in and received the same treatment he also complained about the treatment. All through theseinteractions the manager never stepped in to see what the commotion was about. Finally my wife requested to see the manager. Themanager who stated his name as Brandon spoke to my wife and stated there is nothing for me to do about the employees attitude. My wife then stated that she would be reporting this incident to which Brandon stated go ahead I don't care. It is only theMcDonald's name that must be keeping the store open as this particular staff working on 7/4 must have really been disgruntledfor working on the holiday. I ordered a 13 cookie tote at 10:40 pm yesterday. they told me it would be a 3-5 minute wait. so i sit in my car in the pick up... spot. 25 minutes go by and i realized they closed at 11. so i went up to the drive through and was rudely told that they hadclosed. when i said i had ordered cookies 25 minutes prior they said that the cookies would be out in 5 minutes. so i sit in mycar for another 15 minutes and was never given the cookies. For those of you reading the other reviews? they are completely accurate especially the one stars. This McDonald?s is the worse!... The fat General Manager with glasses who is short scams me every single week and never gets my order right then says I?m thesuspect. Then the other older male who works there is completely ignorant and never is able to help and very rude. Disclaimer-have seen them spit in food and corporation is handling situation as of now.
