Something changed a few years ago and since then everything went downhill. I cannot look past the food poisoning and low quality... food, you are literally making people ill and don't care. These reviews are not exaggerating how bad things really are. We usedto love going here around 2016/2017, now we know we can't enjoy it and that kind of stinks. Please make this Moe's better so wecan enjoy it again, we truly want to come back but cannot due to unsafe food, among many other reasons. Read more
Rude and dismissive staff. The food is definitely not up to Moe's standards. Tried this place for a second time thinking maybe... the first visit was a fluke. I was wrong, once again bad service, mediocre food and ridiculous prices. I understand prices areup everywhere but they up charged me $5 for a tiny thing of horrible tasting queso and a medium drink. The same meal at anotherMoe's is about $4 less including the drink. They do not offer white meat chicken. The amount of chicken in the quesadilla wasminimal and they got nasty when I asked them to put more chicken on. A bad experience overall. I will never go back to theHackettstown location and I suggest everyone else avoid this place as well. One last thing... they apparently have no issuesletting customers sit in their dining area with no shoes or shirts... just another disgusting issue with this particular Moe's. Read more
I have not been to this one in a few years and boy has it gone down hill. I walked in and the place is dark inside. I have... been to a lot of Moe?s along the east coast. This is by far the worse one I have ever been to. You walk in and it seems likeyou are bothering the staff. The look at you with a nasty look and rude. If you are that miserable at you job got find adifferent one. There were not options as far a rice or chicken. I asked for white rice and chicken. I was told brown rice anddark meat only. The portion size of the amount of chicken and rice in the burrito bowls and in the quesadillas was like kidssizes. They even skimped on any addition ( lettuce ext?) I had to pay for additional chicken. The salsa station barely had anysalsa in the bowls. I will never return to this Moe?s. If you are willing to travel a little the one on 248 in Easton is thebest in the area. Oh and I rarely leave comments but felt everyone should avoid this one. Read more
My wife and I love Moe's. We just drove 25 min because online they said they are open. But its 6:15 on a Sunday, June 5. And... they are closed. Gas prices are almost $5 a gallon. Just wasted $10 to not get food. With service like this I wouldn't besurprised if you guys followed Piggys BBQ and closed. Read more
First of all there is no carnitas at this location. None of the ingredients were fresh the guacamole that they up charge for was... a dark brown color. The seating area was filthy had to go to 3 different tables before we found a clean one. Worst Moe's I'vebeen too. Read more
Worst moes. They are skimping on portions to save money and losing customers. Smallest burrito I?ve ever bought for 15 dollars.... They?re under filling them. My friend got the saddest looking bowl. When you ask for meat they put the smallest amount possible,and when I asked for cheese they put so little on that I had to ask them to put more. Their cups are now generic cups, assumingthey don?t want to order from the parent company and pay for branded cups. Unbranded plain cups. Barely any chips. Waste ofmoney. Read more
