I haven't gone into this establishment often, however the few times I have, I wasn't impressed much. I ate a breakfast sandwich... and 5 min later I needed their restroom. The bathroom was worse than the sandwich. It was a mess and disgusting. I'll give themone more chance to be fair. Read more

I do not know what is going on with panera but it seems they keep changing things for the worse. I used to get the asian salad... and it was packed with different things. It is so expensive, so it should be. It had edamame, peppers, almonds, wonton crispsand almonds. Now all they put is wonton and almond. Very disappointing. I paid nearly $6 bucks for this [small] salad (paid little over $5), and my salad is not even filled to the half way line?!?! Table boths where a mess/all dirty asked the young if we can get the tables cleaned. Youcan tell he was busy, he ask a young... lady but she was saying noo way she didn't want to clean the tables which was rude and unprofessional especially infront of acustomer. He was nice to come out and clean them but they where still a mess. My boyfriend had to finish drying them because thewhere all wet and still a mess. It was around 1:30 on a Saturday not as busy. I come here all the time was so disappointed tosee the place a mess. The girl he asked just kept on talking with 2 other girls behind the counter none stop. Do they reallyneed 4 people behind the counter where you pick up. Ohh boy they sound like yapping dogs. lol talked the whole time I was there,someone put a muzu on her.
