The bathrooms are absolutely filthy and disgusting. Literally pee on the floor! Gunk on the sink, spots of? something on the... toilet seat, mysterious white stains on the floor? This is the BEST Starbucks. Our drinks are always on point. I measure every other Starbucks by this one. We just got back from... vacation where I had one dissapointing coffee after another. Came to this Starbucks just now for my regular order and, legit,yelled "Yesss! This is how my coffee should taste!" as soon as I took my first sip. Thank you, Hackettstown Starbucks! Manager was such a know it all that she cut her own employee off over the headset that was explaining to me what was going on... and then wouldn't explain to me how to use the mobile app to order because it was saying they were out of cold brew coffee. Byfar the worst experience I've ever had for over priced coffee. Some entitled princess. Wish I could slap the taste out of yourmouth. It's literally no wonder this place always needs employees. I usually visit the Chester Starbucks and the staff is top notch. They are pleasant and even funny. I enjoy going. I went inside... today as the drive thru was very long and slow. The young lady at the register got my order wrong. I asked for no whipped creamand not to heat up my croissant. She had no personality. After I ordered I asked how I'd know my order as she didn't take myname. She said that they'd call out my drink. They didn't. I just saw a frappucino sitting there and asked if it was a vanillafrapp with a shot even though it had whipped on it and a gentleman said yes. I asked if there was another one being made becauseI asked for no whip. He actually was just going to scrape the whip off. I just said, to forget it. Then my croissant came and itwas hot. Love that this Starbucks has a drive thru. Even when it is pretty busy, the line moves quickly and they always make my order... correctly. I even asked for an iced cappuccino, which wasn't on the menu, and they were able to make it for me. The coffee isexpensive, but it's a nice treat. Read more
Half the time this MANSFIELD location opens late, closes early... Ridiculous. Definitely not up to the standards of Starbucks.... Poor management?? Go elsewhere. Wait in line 15 mins only to have them say 'sorry we're closing, the car in front of you was thelast customer.' Read more
