My order; which wasn?t too elaborate , was missing: NO chips & cheese! (I know! How did I make it thru the night!!) Only... received 8 instead of 12 Cinnabon bites!! Really??!!! A burrito angel came to me, as if I was in a waking dream. At the end of my pilgrimage I see, my soft taco with salsa and sour... cream, my fiesta veggie burrito supreme. I left that place bag in hand, it smells so good I can hardly stand, to wait anothermoment before I stuff my face, and sink into flavor?s warm embrace. If there?s a heaven, it?s taco bell, and without it hereit?d sure be hell. But since you?re open, all is swell, I?ll die happy knowing I ate well. Read more
I've read most of the recent reviews and I'm surprised. I've stopped at this taco bell pretty frequently in the last 3 years... since I moved up here. I've never had a problem except when I did a mobile order as soon as they opened. Which they fixed rightthen and there. Food is always done correctly, I never wait when I order via mobile app. This is probably one of the best tacobells I've been to. Maybe I'm just lucky. Read more
Again they messed up my order.actually I ordered 5 layer beefy burrito(vegan- beef excluded) and they delivered regular beefy... burrito. I follow my religion and they just broke my religious belief. I never had beef in my life. Due to their silly mistake,it hurt my religious belief. They needs to be more careful for this kind of stuff as it may hurt people?s religious beliefs. Read more
If I could give this dump ZERO stars I would. Every, single, time my husband and I think it?s a good idea to order from here it... is completely wrong. Food that?s main ingredient is ?beef? has nothing but cheese and lettuce. All the food was wrong yetagain. We pay for this stuff. I call since we live farther away just to politely tell the woman who cannot speak English theproblem and she hangs up on me before I can get any words out. Not once but three times she hangs up. Whoever this franchiseowner is needs to get his people in check. I have to point out though that Rida, the manager was extremely helpful and Iappreciate her kindness. Read more
Just here ~6pm June 26th 2022. Waited for 20 minutes after ordering from kiosk. No orders were being processed for dine in... customers for some reason. At some point some employee locked both doors of the restaurant to avoid more people entering. People were trying to leave but the doors apparently took a bit of persuasion to get unlocked. Absolutely awful experience. Oneperson yelled enough to get their money refunded, but then the employee that was able to do that basically ran back away fromthe front. 0/10 have no plans on returning. I have better things to do than spend all night at a taco bell with the worstservice, we'll see how corporate handles my refund. No manager must have been on-site as no one who worked there would get onefor me. Read more
Talked to the on duty supervisor, Sonia, who couldn?t help me resolve an online transaction dispute plus her English language... was subpar. I proceeded to order a quesadilla without chipotle and a vegan burrito without strips and tomatoe. They messed myorder and sitting at home hungry. Waste of trip . Customer Service is subpar here. During winter they dont turn on the heater. People are eating in their cars instead of eating inside. They should just close the... dining in option. Read more
