I stopped in this location briefly on my way through town the other evening, and I have to say I was blown away by the young man... behind the counter, Kodi, I believe his name was. Always have to hope for hot food...usually cold. Drive up speed is getting faster. Make sure your order is correct before you... drive away from the window...the doors are always locked so you can't go in to fix a problem. AND MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECTCHANGE BACK...Emplyees can not count! Using a calculator to figre out the change. I always try to make it easy. Give exact or asclose as possible so they don't have to think about it. Never give you a receipt so they can say you ordered something youdidn't. Read more

It is a "fast food" place. Better than BK or McD -- but still nothing to get excited over. And the prices of all of the fast... food places are getting crazy. Read more

*Update* The previous manager Mohammed was fired after our complaint to corporate. We were then given some free meals (that's... whatever it's about the service) So for now I'll bring this back to a 3 star since I haven't tried the service there yet withthe changes. Once I do, if we start going more often again, I'll then readjust the rating once more. So far today the GM wassuper nice with my GF and made sure the food was correct for once. I've loved this place they've just had some bad moments overthe past few months and questionable decisions. But at least their listening to feedback at the corporate level. Hate that Ihave to be that "karen" but after months of incorrect food at some point enough is enough. I never complain but I also can onlytake a certain amount and since no one was ever being fired or repositioned I HAD to call up higher. Read more

I stopped going because I got tired of my orders being wrong. Stopped the other day because my sons and wife wanted Wendy's. We... ordered in the app. Pulled up to the window to pick up and they handed me the order. I told them they were missing 2 items theyliterally stared at their screen and each other like I blew their mind. They proceeded to hand me the missing items and Istarted to drive away. My wife told me they gave her the wrong frosty so I parked and went inside. There was 1 customer orderingwhen I walked in. She had a large order and once she was done paying the young man at the register looked at me. Saw that I washolding said wrong frosty. Then proceeded to spend nearly 10 minutes putting together her order. As he was finishing up a doordasher came in. He then proceeded to engage the door dasher as I stood there holding a now chocolate milkshake. Finally, he asksme what I would like to order. I state that I was in the drive thru 20 minutes ago and I ordered a strawberry frosty, not achocolate. He replies "oh what size is that" it took all of my being to not rip this young man's head off. I stated I did notknow. So he takes another cup to measure it. So if you want to wait 20 minutes inside to get a correction to your order. This isthe place for you. Read more
