4 of us stopped here for subs around 3 p.m. only to find out that they did not have out mayo, provolone cheese, pickles and... banana peppers. One of the 2 young men said that the early crew did not prep. I do not know the circumstances with thesupervisor, who was on a computer in the corner, but it seems to me that she or one of the boys could or should have beenprepping the 4 ingredients that were missing out front. I was not happy with the sub I ordered as I would have liked 3 out ofthe 4 ingredients that had not been prepped. The boys that waited on us were very sorry but I don't understand that they had no mayo up front. Read more
As I've experienced, working at a subway is hard work balancing the customers orders to the best of your ability as well as... making sure to not fall behind in cleaning/sanitizing the store, stocking, cooking, and prepping the food throughout the day.Every single worker I've experience has been very polite to the customers, regardless of how much stress they are currentlyunder. Those "Kids" try their best and are doing a really good job, especially under the current corona virus restrictions. Thissubway is a 5/5 stars in my opinion! Read more
*UPDATE* With a whole new team, it is much better than indicated below. I'm leaving up the review for posterity. ...... It's... the worst - the absolute worst. I don't give one-star reviews - in fact, I rarely review places unless it's in praise of them -but the owners need to wake up. There aren't a lot of cheap places for a quick bite near where I work, so I have been hereabout 20 times, and it just gets worse. If I have to walk an employee through how to make a sandwich that's on their menu onemore time, I'm going to lose it. There are frequently ingredients of terrible quality or missing altogether, and the staff seemsto be perpetually on their first day of the job, even if they've been there for months. I don't really blame the workers -they're mainly teenagers or early 20s at most, and seem to have no training or leadership. For the most part, too, they'refriendly and apologetic about their, well, incompetence. But I just don't want to spend 20 minutes on my lunch break to get abad sandwich anymore. Read more
After a very long car ride with three kids, we stopped here to grab dinner and go to the bathroom before dropping the kids off... at a local camp. The girl working was incredibly rude. We first asked to use the rest room and she was like "you going to ordersandwiches?". Uh, duh. They were out of most of the veggies the kids wanted on their sandwiches. Also the bathroom was notclean and all the floors were covered in puddles of water. It smelt like mold and it just wasn't appetizing. The kids got foodbut the adults passed on it. this place needs to be remodeled or shut down. And find employees that actually smile and look atyou when they are being talked to.
