I had the worse customer service experience here and I do intend on reporting the "manager," at this location to the... headquarters. The lady who worked second shift claimed to be a manager but can't even correctly put a address in while placingan order. I waited over an hour just to find out she put in the wrong address and then suggested my food would be cold so Icould just heat it up in a microwave, which is laughable. The woman was very unapologetic, rude and abnoxious. I asked for themanager and said she was one and even went as far to say she didn't care if she was reported to headquarters. I guess becausethese are franchises they don't have any real training, mannerisms or customer service quality training. I decided to drive tothe location to be sure my refund was issued and asked if I could get her name. She declined, so I took a picture of the sign sothat I could contact the general manager. I emailed them last night and haven't heard anything back so I'm taking the next stepto contact the headquarters in Ohio. That location needs to be reported for rude, poor customer service and a lack of trainingwith management. Read more

I ordered 2x in the last month. The first time it took over 2.5 hrs on a Sunday afternoon, refused to pay. The last time was... this week at 4pm and the tracker never showed when the driver was leaving or accurate updates. Got called 6x by driver andstore, they could not figure out my 4 story, large brick building, on corner, entrance with lobby and phone.They did refund my$$. Next time I will use spotlight and signal flares. Read more

I had a free pizza coupon because of a late and crushed box about 2 weeks ago. This had been a "go to" place for a couple years... but the last 2 months have been abysmal. I waited over 2 hours for an order and then got a text it wqas canceled.Today, afterwaiting an hour from when the tracker said delivery was complete, I requested a refund. I now see therewas a text asking me tocome downstairs. No. I could not which is why I was specific to leave it on the floor in front of apartment.My physicallimitations were nevr a problem until the last 2 months. 1. I am hard of hearing and did not hear text come in. I stood by doorso I would hear doorbell when it wasleft. 2. There was a call but no message was left so I didn't pay any attention to it 3. Ihave a broken neck and sometimes use a walker. I get around okay but don't like balancing and carrying things. 4. Right now I amCovid '+' and have the flu. Leaving my apartment is not an option. Tinight seemed liike the perfect storm for delivery mishaps.Therewould be no pro lem if my delivcery instructions had been followed. Ordered a pizza without mushrooms and received a pizza loaded with mushrooms. Also pizza was delivered with boxes on top so all... the cheese was stuck to the inside of the top of the box. Called the store to resolve the order issue and was told by theso-called manager, who would not give her name, that the only way she could refund the money for the pizza we could not eatbecause of the mushrooms was to rekey the order which would be a hassle. Okish Pizza most of the times. Sometimes the toppings are off. This is double pineapple double chicken large ???? Updating... Review based on my latest order. I ordered double chicken,pineapple pizza. When i got it I see there was no pineapple on it. Anddefinitely chicken was unevenly distributed, can't say if it was double. Disappointed on quality. On calling them i was offereda credit for pizza, but really sounded like they don't bother about customer experience and inconvenience. Read more

I placed a delivery order at 12:04pm and by 1:02pm realized it hadn?t arrived. When I called they told me they sent me an email... (which they did not) and that the delivery person called out and it will delivered at 2pm. The online order said 20mins otherwise I wouldn?t have ordered it. I asked to cancel my order and when I asked who I was speaking to, the staff hung up on me.When I called back to ask why he hung up on me and the reason I?m asking for his name is so if there was an issue with my refundI knew I spoke to. I got his name was Joe and a very sarcastic have a nice day. A phone call would?ve been more appropriate foran order not coming 2 hrs later and my card should never have been charged when you knew that you didn?t have a driver. Dude was an absolute beast holding down this place late night by himself (7/22/22). I entered for a take out order and he... couldn?t be more polite. Pizza was ready and hot. He was dealing with orders from online and other platforms but he was amachine. This man should be praised and is a huge asset to the company. Unfortunately didn?t get his name but he needs to berecognized by the company. Read more

This is my first time ordering here, 12/12/2021 6:38pm, not only was it cold when I picked it up but i got home and opened the... box and saw this. I immediately called the store and the woman I spoke to said ?I can make you a new one but its gonna come tosame way, theres nothing we can do about it). So you cant make me a FRESH and NORMAL pizza? You only know how to overcook pizza.It looks worse in person and I?m pregnant and can?t even handle the awful smell from it. Terrible experience at this dominoes.Not to mention the rude attitude this girl had. Read more
