I used to go to Animo at least 3-4x per week, every week. Unfortunately, the customer service has seriously declined over the... last 6 months and so has the food preparation. They allow you to order online ahead, however, when you do so they make yourorder whenever it?s convenient for them, not when you request it be ready for pick up?this means your drink sits there to getwarm. They also failed to make the correct $8 drink several times for me and when I returned to get the drink that I orderedthere was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience that it caused me or the error on their part. I?ve witnessed several peoplereturning to the restaurant w similar issues. They clearly have no interest in acknowledging or addressing these issues. I?llhead to GoodBeet! Read more
First time customer? Tried the Fast and Furious Burrito With grilled chicken?outstanding!!! It was everything and more I want in... my burrito!!! This place is over priced without much flavor to show for it. We paid $2 for 2 sides of sour cream which is outrageous and yet... necessary because the burritos were so bland. I feel their prices don't reflect the quality of the food but instead paying forHaddonfield rent. Id recommend adding some spice into the burritos or something. Nonetheless I won't be returning. I've order from Animo a few times now, and I love it! I like ordering online before I leave to pick it up. They are always... prompt and have the food waiting when you arrive. However, the food isn't prepared so far in advance that it is cold when youpick it up. I love the amazing selection of theit burrito bar. I especially love that they have vegan options for some favoritefoods (i.e. vegan queso). I also love their whipped bananas! I feel like I'm having a real treat, and it is so health for you. I've been a loyal customer of Animo Juice (and everyone I know loved them too), frequently ordering food here and one of the... things I really love from them is their soup. So I emailed them to ask when they were getting soup and I was told they weregoing to try again on Monday. Which I was excited about and come Monday, I went to place an order for soup through Grubhub. Itgave me an error message and said that This restaurant can't complete orders right now. Please try again later or choose anotherrestaurant. so I thought I'd call Animo and let them know something was wrong with their ordering system through Grubhub. Theperson who answered said that it was probably something I was ordering was out of stock (it was not because I tested it afterthe phone call and added a salad and it still gave me that error) and when I told her it was soup, she said that in order to fixit they would have to call Grubhub and that would be too much of a hassle. I then asked if I could add something else of equalvalue and say I wanted soup instead, and they said no. Like I said, after that rude call (I've never had a restaurant tell methey'd rather leave something broken than call Grubhub care), I added something other than soup and got the same error.
