Smiles yes, but it's cold an not fun to visit. Not sure if employees don't pay attention or just don't care. I asked for a warm... cookie, it was handed to me cold. I was there tonight about half an hour ago, there were 2 girls one guy working. I tried to get one simple coffee and one mango... dragonfruit refresher. Coffee was very cold and in my mango dragonfruit, there was only ice no fruit I asked to get it replacedand they pretended as if I wasnt there. I do enjoy this Starbucks location!! Even though it seems like it's always busy the staff is very quick and getting you in and... out with your favorite delicious drink whether hot or cold!!
