OMG is this place awesome. The food is off the charts. I wish we had this place in Charleston, SC. Service is fantastic and... eating outdoors on this beautiful day is serene. I was disappointed with my experience last night. We had a long wait for our seat. We ordered and it took a long time to come to... our table. To add to it I pointed out that one of the dinners did not have the correct vegetable as it's side. The waitressapologized and went to order the correct side. The manager then walked by and told us that the wrong meal was given to myhusband. It was actually someone else's fish plate and their sides. He then gave us the correct plate. I feel as though themanager should have discounted the meal or offered something in exchanged for the mistake as the meal was very expensive too. If I could give a lower rating I would. I made a reservation for a party of 5 for my son's birthday for lunch for yesterday. I... called to confirm when they opened that our reservation was for the patio at 1pm they said, yes & the patio tables have fourchairs but there would be no problem adding another for a child. When we got there we were told they had our reservation butthere was no room in the patio. Adding that she didn't know who I spoke to because they never make reservations for the patio. Iasked if you have our reservation for the patio & it wasn't reserved then what was the point of telling us you had ourreservation. Read more
Totally disappointed by both quality and the portion. Their service is awful. I ordered online and they forgot to send my drink.... I'm not sure if I can get any refund for my drink, and the food I got was unbelievablly disappointing. I put photos of fish andchips and shrimps so you can decide better. 1star is more than fair. The fish was not crispy and fried enough and fries wereblunt and tasteless. It is not worth the price. Coleslaw was the worst Coleslaw I've ever had. The firecracker shrimp was ok buteverything (fish, fries, and shrimp) was cold but they claimed they just prepared it. Dinner date with my husband, went in about an hour before closing time and had a very personal dining experience. My husband was... able to meet the cook and watch him prepare our food just the way we like it, the employees and staff were very responsive whenin need. Even management made an appearance at our table before the night was over to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves.The customer service was excellent. Read more
Nice atmosphere with kitchen open to the dining area. We started with fried pickles that had a nice light crunchy coating and... accompanied by two sauces. Chicken Piccata gnocchi bright vibrant lemon flavor and light fluffy gnocchi pillows. Pulled pork Macand cheese was good would have liked more bbq sauce and to omit the ranch drizzle if ordered again. Portions are filling andservice was excellent.
