Always disappointed when we go to this location. I?m not one to review, but this needs to be said. The store itself is never... clean! Why? It?s food! We as customers should feel good about spending money in an establishment that doesn?t feel like we aregoing to get food poisoning. Also, the fact that they are consistently missing items or out of items is a real issue! It?s anassembly line! Subway figured it out. Doesn?t seem that hard lettuce/ tortilla, rice, beans, salsa! What?s the difficulty here?AND WHY IS THE BLENDER ALWAYS BROKEN? Salad comes with salad dressing?right? WRONG! It almost never comes with saladdressing! Lastly, if you?re going to be so bad at all of the above mentioned things, why not chose to be kind!? Cause they?renot! Not by a long shot. They won?t even entertain the customers that come in that don?t place an online order. I?m sorry but,Hadley has NO SERVICE, so the fact that they won?t take your order off the counter is ridiculous! This place is no where close to the Holyoke one. 1. On the small chance you actually walk in and are able to order food. They do... not hook a brother up. KIDS PORTIONS ALWAYS 2. They are never dialed in and are always backed up with online orders 3. Likepeople that come in person should be priority. This location has been struggling for a while now. Met my bud for lunch and we had to wait about five minutes just to order. Not... because of a line but because the workers just weren?t ready to be open when they should have been. After that I got chargedwrong for my order and the cashier handed my my cup by putting three of her fingers inside the cup opposed to just holding fromthe outside. Not large enough to accommodate the demand - it?s often crowded with people standing to wait for food to the point that it... blocks the doors. The demand is really, really high, and the employees are doing a great job, but they need more space! Read more
They put the wrong amount of food in the bowl twice. I had to remind them once. They didn?t mention they couldn?t take cash... until we were at the register. Trash not cleaned up everywhere. The other photos should explain it all. Read more
Restaurant was dirty, ran out of dressing for salad, chips were half bag and stale. Service was subpart and excuses for why the... image was not good. This is the second time that I supported this location and I don't feel that the health and food safety ofthe public is first choice. No respect for COVID, no mask, no hair nets no handling of the food considered. Read more
Normally I have no issue with Chipotle (they all taste the same), but this location is currently severely understaffed and... overworked. The couple times I've been here this year, there have only been 4-5 visible staff. There once was a day wheretheir online orders were 1 hour behind. Imagine being told that your food will be ready at 7PM, and you don't get to walk outuntil 8! The food was clearly rushed as well - there were several inedible pieces of lettuce hastily chopped and thrown intothe bowl. I have no gripe against the employees themselves, it seems to be an issue of poor management this year. Unlucky! Also, the chips they give are obscenely little. 7 pm on a Thursday. Store was busy, manager was visibly stressed but trying her best to handle everything. They were out of... chips, guacamole and brown rice for the evening, not just like they had to get more from the back. Completely out.. Waited 20minutes in line to not get what I usually order. Last visit they told us to leave the store and order on the app, they did nothave enough staff to take our order in person?? That was at 2pm on a weekend. We left. Also this location refuses to exceptcash, cards only. Pretty sure that is illegal as cash is legal tender...just disappointing overall and keeps getting worse. Iwon't be back. Read more
