It was Extremely obvious it was my daughter's birthday, and there was only 2 occupied tables in the restaurant, us being one on... of the two. The other table was a senior couple out (for a early dinner.) We hung out out side for about 20 minutes prior togoing in because we arrived early. I wasn't expecting anything big but the waitress could have at least said happy birthday toher, maybe give her a little scoop of ice cream with a candle in it and grab another employee and sing Happy Birthday to bereally extravagant. It could have doubled her tip just to put in any effort. Read more

I know prices have increased, but I couldn't believe the prices! There is no longer a senior menu. We had to wait to place our... order because the staff had to finish preparing a catered order. We settled for a burger. They were over cooked and dried out. The bun was greasy. We used to eat for under $10 each plus tip. This visit was $20 each. We were never told the wafflepotatoes were an add on. A return visit is highly unlikely. So disappointed! Read more
I had stopped going to the Hadley location for about a year. My previous experience was awful. I?m so glad I accidentally came... tonight. The service and staff were so so so much better. My waitress was very friendly and adorable. Had a smile every time shecame to the table. Read more
An OK Friendlies - but waitstaff on this visit not as attentive to children. No coloring kits/toys. But, ordered what we wanted,... got it, ate, enjoyed our family time, ending with good ice cream. Read more
We just went in and was seated by a very nice hostess. We waited about 5 minutes and we saw two more tables walk in. We were not... helped and the waitress helped the first table that came in after us, walked right past us and then helped the second table thatcame in after us. Both tables had their drinks and nobody acknowledged us so we ended up just leaving. We have been here a fewtimes and never experienced such terrible service. Loved it Me and the family stopped by here to have some lunch before going to the mall and saw this place from street side it... looked nice from the exterior so we all decided to give it a try. They have outdoor seating available. No dress coderequirement. Cash or credit accepted here. Good for large groups or small groups. As you enter you will be greeted by one ofthe waitresses and they will take you to your table. You will receive some menus and your drink order will be asked. They werefairly busy during our visit plus we had 5 people total and all of our food still came out promptly. Our food came out on theseneat trays and the plating was nice. At the end of our meals we then decided to try out one other their dessert's It was the "strawberry shortcake with icecream" ....wow it was delicious ???? Along with 4 other groups of diners who left around the same time, we all ended leaving without eating any food. We waited over... an hour. In line at a fast food joint now?better to skip this place while they figure their stuff out. Read more
