Place was good when it first opened years ago. Needless to say It?s a dump now, food area disgusting, tables gross, no soda in... machines, selling warm big y water bottles for $2. The kicker was no lettuce for burrito do to a ?lettuce shortage ? lmao. Big Yhas plenty of lettuce that they could?ve picked up when they grabbed the case of water. ***Talked to the manager - super nice guy - and got the situation cleared up*** I'm a UMass student and was so grateful that a... Moes near me at college accepted my dining dollars. I went there last Thursday around 7. I have only had negative experiences atthis moment since I've been at college. They told me two weeks ago that they "can't do that" when I asked if I could use mydining dollars. So on Thursday, I went and asked again, and the same employee told me that the machine wasn't working this time.The girl behind the counter told me I would get a refund if she got my name. That is lying to your customers. I'm justdisappointed in this company branch. I seriously think someone in corporate needs to know about the attitudes of this branch.They were rude to my friend, who just wanted some food, and me; I know they are understaffed, yet that's no right to be rude toyour customers. I'm still going to go here when I crave my Moes. I want to see change and see the workers treat this job better. Read more

Very overpriced for a very meager portion of chicken in my bowl. Literally 2 bites. It honestly pained me to continue with the... order instead of just walking out. The whole meal costed $15 and I mostly payed for rice. Next time just go to chipotle. Read more

I ordered online this evening through their website. An hour a half later our food still hadn't arrived and the driver had... changed multiple times on the tracking. I called the store and was informed our order was actually picked up but not deliveredand then other drivers showed up to pick up the order. We never got the food. The person at the store was nice (hence the twostars at instead of one) and offered to refund the order. At this point I decided to make the 20 minute drive myself and got tothe restaurant to find it closed at 8pm, even though the business had updated the hours 5 weeks ago on google maps to say it waswas open until 9pm today. All in all and very frustrating experience and don't know whether I would try this place again. Read more

Attempted to order a steak bowl. The worker said there was not enough steak for that. Rice looked dry and hard. Brought it home... to confirm it was not cooked. The salsa bar looked like it had been sitting there for a week, film and crust over the top. $15for that! Will not return. Read more

Honestly a pretty bad experience. I got hooked on moes a little bit ago when my girlfriend showed me when we were on vacation... and was pretty excited to try it here, but this wasn't it. Whoevers son it is they hired to make the food needs to be retrainedor something. They didn't really seem to know how to make what I ordered and just kind of threw in random amount of ingredientsinto my meal. Food was okay for the dregs of food they scraped out of the bottom of the tins, but they absolutely flooded itwith queso. The queso is good, but when half your stack is queso it's a little much. They also didn't really have any containerson hand for anything. The place really needs a bath, a restock on everything, and some more professional employees. Read more

I normally go to the Moe's located in Enfield and have always been mostly happy with the food & service. So when my husband and... I decided to grab dinner at the Hadley location, we expected the same. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving and throwing out ourfood rather than eating it. The food area was a complete mess and there were flies landing on everything. And nothing lookedvery fresh. The woman who made our food was pregnant and her stomach kept touching our food as she leaned over to getingredients (I realize this may be hard for her to avoid but still unsanitary none the less.) My husband's stack was barelygrilled and my burrito was very poorly assembled and wrapped. The ends were barely folded in leaving food coming out and all thesour cream was on one end and all the guacamole on the other end. My first couple bites were just pure guacamole. Normally Ilook past and deal with something like that but combined with what I was witnessing, after those first couple bites I decided itwas not worth eating. One has to question how safe food is when the workers clearly don't seem to care. The dining area wassuper dirty as well and even though they were not at all busy with customers, they chose to talk to each other rather than wipetables down or something. Oh and the cherry on top, the soda machine had no ice and only diet options available. I don'tnormally complain or write reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing food experiences I've had.
