My mom buy me a soup and I found a tooth in my soup we talked with the manager he refunded part of the order. They never said... sorry. A employee there said if is a rock. But it was a tooth. Some customers came to our table and check it and they agreed itwas a tooth. We will fill a complaint on the Hadley health board. Read more
My friend and I have been going to this Panera together for lunch dates for years now. We always love the food and the staff is... helpful and kind. My friend is a type 1 diabetic and today they had a low blood sugar and fainted in the restaurant. A very kindperson in line ran to help and someone from behind the counter quickly gave them an orange juice to give my friend to help inthat scary moment. we?re both very grateful for the help of that person the the employee!! ???? Went for breakfast while my dog was in the groomer. This was around 10 am. The place was almost empty, clean therefore service... was fast. There is plenty of space to seat and I don't imagine this to be an issue at peak time. Love the seating in front offireplace. Read more

I learned that you can?t trust this store if you preordered something in advance and scheduled a pick up on a designated day. I... ordered 4 soufflé two days in advance but when I went to pick them up, I was told :? sorry, we didn?t make those for you.?There has been lack of communication between the staff. I ordered those for my kids from our trip to a remote camping site.Needless to say I was very disappointed. I have to be fair to mention that staff here is normally kind and considerate. However,this time, their service is disappointing and gave me a feeling that I would not make any preorder in the future. Read more
Years ago I liked going to Panera occasionally, so I recently decided to stop in for a quick bite while out and about after not... having been in a while. It was definitely a disappointment. For a place marketed as healthy, there was nothing vegan on themenu, not even a salad. I had to do a special request to get an overpriced salad without cheese, that they call a "seasonalsalad" that's not on the menu and then wait 35 minutes to get it becauseit was busy. $18 for a half sandwich, soup and fountain drink. I asked what they have for soup because the menu is big and confusing, the... cashier said "they're listed over there" and pointed at a wall of text.
