I rarely leave reviews that don?t include something positive but this place has been horrible experience after horrible... experience. I was mid order while the staff member Jojowo started asking the woman behind me for her order. Then when I went topay with cash she looked at, looked up at me and walked away to start my order. Was going to let it slide but then she came backto the counter with my food while waiting on my drink, I said I was paying in cash and she walked away again. Then she made mydrink brought it back to the register asked if that was my drink I said yes and that I would like to pay in cash. She walkedaway again and made the drink for the order behind me. First off, I?m really disappointed. It took 40 minutes to wait in line and get my drink. Second there was only one lady working... there at a time, making it super slow. Although it took a long time, I would say it is worth it for a once in a while time goingthere. But if you need Starbucks everyday, I?d say got to the drive through or the one in Barnes in noble. Super rude staff and I honestly never want to come back here again because of it. I couldn?t see her name tag but this one... barista made my experience hell! I would rate it 0/5 if I could. I had to ask the barista to speak up more than once and she hadan attitude the entire time I was ordering. Read more

So, for starters the place is very respectful of pronouns which is always a plus. They even have them added to the nametag upon... request.
