Idk how many times I've tried, I always try to get a cheesy bean and rice burrito and I always ask for black beans instead of... the refried beans because I can't stand them and like 9/10 they never listen, ever. I mainly order from here through doordash. Ive ordered 4 times and out of those 4 orders 3 were completely wrong. The staff is... super unhelpful and snarky and the manager is ineffectual. As a food delivery person I can say that this place is a nightmare to get food from. Especially late at night. They regularly... refuse to make orders, close early, and there is no way to get out of the drive thru beyond pulling forward. So if you are toldthey won't make your food you get stuck in line for half an hour or more for half pay. Will never go back Read more

went here twice with my partner. First time, order went through but nobody was doing orders. Zero communication from staff.... Refused a refund and told us to do it ourselves. Second time, one of us can?t have sour cream or beans so one of our orderslacked this. When we got handed the food, it had both. Sign says open till midnight I get there and the doors are locked at 9pm. Said i had to go through drive-thru. So I walked up to... the drive-thru. They refused to serve me because I was on foot said I needed a vehicle. I said ok but you see that 22ft long13'6" truck over there I can make it fit if you like. The lady told me to go to McDonald's.
