I was very excited to try this place. Very disappointing!!! The pulled pork nachos were skimpy probably $3.00 worth of food for... $12.00 The jambalaya was very very dry and bland. Terrible. Actually so bad that I had two bites and that was it. My husbandsaid the brisket was dry and except for a very salty taste was bland. The ribs were tender but dry. I may not be a good judge for BBQ grill, but it was a pleasant experience at Wildwood Barbeque. I went with the basic: 1/2 rack... of ribs, potato salad, corn bread, and a side of jambalaya. A bit dry, but tender ribs fell off the bone nicely. The sauces weregreat! The hot sauce actually got a nice kick to it, so if you are a fan of heat, definitely do recommend adding it to yoursauce. Sweet corn bread went well with ribs, but potato salad was not so impressive. Jambalaya was overcooked, tasted almostlike a porridge with all the ingredients had mushy texture mixed into a big ball of wet chunk and barely had any flavor. I trieda piece of black magic cake for a dessert. I expected a nice creamy frosting when it was a thick sugar icing in every layer thatway too sweet for my taste.
