We were looking for a quick dinner that was close to home so we decided to order calzones. We went to pick up and was greeted by... the delivery driver as he was getting an order ready to take. Shortly after he left our food came out. The lady was superfriendly and professional. The calzones are huge! I went with the medium and it is well worth the money. Manager has barred me from deliveries because of my complaints of their mistakes which are many. The manager doesn't want to... hear any complaints about their mishaps, which is so ridiculous and down right stupid and very unprofessional and non customeroriented. I would like to request that he be replaced and reported to the BBB. this mentality is not acceptable. Read more
Been ordering from here for a long time. First off.. Let me say. Jackie is wonderful. She does her best to please. With that... being said.. I placed an order for 2 pies. They arrived 30 mins past their expected arrival time. They were cold. I brought itup with management who agreed to send me out fresh pizzas. Now as I have to wait for my food. I was told that I must send backthe old cold pizza LOL! So I'm sitting here with cold pizza in front of me starving and now have to wait.. again.. to eat.. Andthey want their cold pizza back LOL. What are they gonna sell it? Throw it away? Seems like should probably just let theslighted customer have some cold pizza for their trouble and inconvenience.. I would rate this lower then 2. But, Jackie is theshining spot of an otherwise standard pizza place. Cold pizza.. warm Soda. I could see if I was trying to take advantage of thesituation. But they were apprised and aware my order was late... Stands to reason it might be cold. So I shouldn't be treatedlike I'm trying to scam them especially as a long time customer who has never complained once... What a disappointment I nowhave to find another pizza spot. BTW. I patronized this establishment on multiple occasions. The food has always been pretty good. Today my mom in town wanted a Steak... and cheese so I decided to order from here. Well after waiting 45 mins for our order we open up the subs and they weren't what Inormally would receive. Pictures will get posted. I called the establishment to get my food replaced and they refused to replacethe food. As a business customers should be satisfied especially when they aren't happy. I'm embarrassed I even spoke so highlyabout this company. Now we have to get more food because I had surgery and can't cook. Read more
Of the 5 times I have ordered from this location in the past 6 months, 4 of then were not right. Of the 4 that were wrong, 3 of... them were just the cashier not giving me my entire order. In turn, I had to go back for those items. 1 time, it was a cheferror, which I had to go back for as well. Just make sure you're getting everything from them, as ordered, before you leave.Food is as you'd expect from a non-chain pizza place. Read more
Was a loyal customer. But the service has gone downhill. If a male answers the phone hang-up and go elsewhere. Everytime this... guy answers my order has been wrong, late, or they have left a portion of the delivery at the shop. This last experience... Ihad to wait an hour and a half for my order.. it arrived 30 minutes passed the ETA and was cold. During that time I called 3times and he hung up on me twice. It took so long I was able to drive to the shop, speak to the staff, call the manager, andget back to my home before the food was delivered. I have not heard back from the manager. I do have to say if a polite ladynamed Jackie answers you should be in good hands. Read more
Food is always good n fresh when I order. Hands down the best cheesesteaks in hagerstown.
